Here's pic of my equipment at home. We do have a gym membership also where they have everything.
You have enough to get you a fantastic start my man. Even if its baby steps at first its a start. This is a marathon, not a sprint!! First tips I can give you on your diet is to eat natural foods and cut all processed foods, soda, sugars and some carbohydrates. Start your days with some quick oats and a couple eggs or oats mixed with no fat greek vanilla yogurt.

Thanks brother. I truly believe this support group and community of knowledge will be something very helpful to me. Didn't exist for me before. I've put it out there so now I have to follow through. Don't want those fat pics out there for long without progress pics to make up for it. I've got a wife, 6 year old daughter and 2 boys that need me around, that's my main motivation. I also want to be healthy and honor my body the way God intended it to be.

Good advice here. Drink tons of water. all day long. Eat only whole foods. Forget the kraft mac n cheese shit and the can ravioli's and anything processed like B.B. said. If you have to cook it, then it is good food. If you have to heat it up, it's no good. Snack on almonds. Snack on veggies all day long if you want. Carrot sticks, sliced yellow red or orange peppers. These tend to have a sweeter taste to them. Cut out breads. Wheat bread is good, but I wouldn't go crazy on it. Lunch meat (sandwich meat) is no good. Eat 6 small meals per day. You breakfast should be your biggest meal. Dinner should be smallest. You said you use the sweetened creamer. Use it, but slowly cut back on how much you put in the cup until you can drink it black, or almost black. All these little things add up.

Believe me bro once it starts falling off it will improve your well being, mood, life in general!! We are all here to help eachother meet and exceed all of thier goals. NOBODY will ever bash anybody here. We are all here for support. Adrenaline Rush is the shit!!

Now this is the fucking spirit you need! perfect. If you are serious about this, then you can start your own log (progress thread) in the cycle logs. Just because it is in that forum, does not mean you have to be on any cycle (substance of anything) You would just update it daily or even weekly. Trust me, ppl will follow it and encourage you along. And it is a great way to motivate you, because you don't want to be letting us down now right? LOL

This is so true. When I transformed, I became a whole new person. It gave me confidence with men and women. There is no one that I wouldn't go up and talk to now.
 
Yes I love this! I thrive on support and I believe all what you guys are saying. I know the hardest part is now and as the progress is made I will become more confident and tip the scales going the other direction. Can't wait to begin. I ate well today so far, I'm actually going to the gym now to start moving. I'll keep posting and asking questions. A big thank you for your inspiring and supportive words. My faith in humanity and brotherhood seriously is looking up. I'm glad I put it all out there, you guys are great.

Thanks Transformer24 for sharing. Your pics are inspiring to me. If it only takes me one year to get in shape I'll be ecstatic! I've got a long ways to go (want to at least drop 60 lbs.) but I know taking it one day at a time is the only way.
