Hello, interested in starting my first cycle of sarms. I'm 42yrs old,6ft 4in, 280lbs with 30% body fat. I'm no stranger to the gym I have decent size but I would like to put on about 5 or more lbs of muscle and drop major body fat. I'm willing to put in the work and diet needed, so what would be the best sarm stack to go with. Thanks

its awesome your trying to get yourself into shape but you need a stack aimed at cutting in a major way... 30% is basically considered obese and NOT healthy but you absolutely can get to a much healthier weight... the enhanced super stack is the best sarms cutting stack you can run... here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout...

Dylan laid it out perfectly for you. that 30% is pretty high for a male. you need to seriously hone in your Diet too, don't rely on SARMS alone
 
yes, without diet and training being spot on and consistent, it does not matter what you take, you wont get anywhere you should be...

You really need to get your diet dialed in big time and concentrate on fat loss, because that is very high bodyfat. What does your current diet look like? I'm guessing it needs a lot of work

You guys are definitely right, my diet has been crap. Life has got in the way the last year so now it's time to get on track.
My diet will consist of at least six meals a day
1. Breakfast- eggs, oatmeal, banana
2. Snack- protein shake or chicken breast with rice
3. Lunch-Chicken breast, baked potato(plain) with a vegetable
4. Snack- protein shake or chicken breast with Apple
5. Dinner- lean steak or talapia with brown rice and vegetables
(Workout)
6. Protein shake
That will be mostly what it consist of ,I know I didn't break it down into ounces and cups but I will take any pointers and advice to clean it up or add more and I will for sure check out Ricks thread on dieting if I can find it.

thats not bad bro... check out ricks thread but this is getting closer to where you need to be... you will get it dialed in.. if you truly want it, it will be all good bro... we will all help you and then you must implement it... when you get your diet dialed in, your chances of success are 100% better...
 
I would suggest getting diet under control before adding anything. That is just my opinion though. Until you can understand and dial in a diet, you shouldn't be messing with any compounds. Sarms or PED's.

I am not trying to bash you, but get under 20% naturally and then add something in.

i absolutely agree... well said bro... there's no point in doing anything without a dialed in diet... it just makes no sense... you will not ever get anywhere
