Hi All,
I wanted to give my 8 day update as a sarm newbie. I am running 15mg of GW (I opted for a conservative dose because I don't have to lose that much bodyfat) and 50mg of S4 for the first time. I am a 45 year old female figure competitor in the midst of contest prep. Soooo, here’s what I have experienced so far:
Cardio--Granted, I’ve always been pretty good at cardio because I have a strong aerobic base, but GW is taking it to a new level. I can keep going, even through gnawing hunger. I have had to exercise discipline in keeping my sessions from going over the allotted time during my prep.
Training--I’ve noticed faster recovery time between sets. I can do higher rep squats, and while I am tired, I do not get winded at all. I move around the gym and do not feel the need to sit or anything like that.
Physique--My abs look better after 8 days. In general, I never look flat--muscles feel harder and dense. My strength levels are up. I can eek out and extra rep or two and made a few (2-5lb) gains some compound lifts.
Mentally, I feel pretty decent despite being on poverty macros. I am a little tired during the workday, but that is to be expected.
Yeah, S4 tastes like everclear--LOL. I use a non-stim preworkout to chase it down. No biggie at all.
No sides--if hunger is a side, then that is about it. No bloating, no back pumps. My weight dropped to 121-high, which is on point. I will keep logging because we need more females providing anecdotal evidence. I am three weeks out from my show and have another one 2 weeks later. Once I am done, I plan on cycling off for two weeks (I have to travel for work anyway) and would like to try the triple stack or at least go back on S4 and try MK-2866 for the off-season.
So far, I am very pleased with GW and S4. I wish I started this months ago!
