Musclegrub71's S4 and GW Log (female edition)

Hi All,

I wanted to give my 8 day update as a sarm newbie. I am running 15mg of GW (I opted for a conservative dose because I don't have to lose that much bodyfat) and 50mg of S4 for the first time. I am a 45 year old female figure competitor in the midst of contest prep. Soooo, here’s what I have experienced so far:

Cardio--Granted, I’ve always been pretty good at cardio because I have a strong aerobic base, but GW is taking it to a new level. I can keep going, even through gnawing hunger. I have had to exercise discipline in keeping my sessions from going over the allotted time during my prep.
Training--I’ve noticed faster recovery time between sets. I can do higher rep squats, and while I am tired, I do not get winded at all. I move around the gym and do not feel the need to sit or anything like that.
Physique--My abs look better after 8 days. In general, I never look flat--muscles feel harder and dense. My strength levels are up. I can eek out and extra rep or two and made a few (2-5lb) gains some compound lifts.

Mentally, I feel pretty decent despite being on poverty macros. I am a little tired during the workday, but that is to be expected.

Yeah, S4 tastes like everclear--LOL. I use a non-stim preworkout to chase it down. No biggie at all.

No sides--if hunger is a side, then that is about it. No bloating, no back pumps. My weight dropped to 121-high, which is on point. I will keep logging because we need more females providing anecdotal evidence. I am three weeks out from my show and have another one 2 weeks later. Once I am done, I plan on cycling off for two weeks (I have to travel for work anyway) and would like to try the triple stack or at least go back on S4 and try MK-2866 for the off-season.

So far, I am very pleased with GW and S4. I wish I started this months ago!

oh ya the triple stack with sr9009 is amazing for females and males. great progress and 8 days wow that is pretty quick as well look forward to more updates from you

Very nice update so far, and it's only going to get better from here, I assure you....,though I strongly recommend running that GW at the 20mg recommended dose. That's where it really shines and is meant to be ran, no matter what level of bodyfat you have to lose. That is its sweet spot, so I'd really like to see you run that dose

Looking forward to future updates from you!

Sadly, I am familiar with Everclear because I was in a sorority many moons ago :)

Yesterday, I noticed that my grip strength could not keep up with my overall strength. I've never experienced this before. For example, during pull ups, my back did NOT fatigue, but my grip did. The same thing happened during rack deads.

Ok, I said, "what the eff" this morning and upped my GW dose to 20mg. No issues yet. And this morning's session was very good. The only thing I am worried about at this point is the fact that I do keto year round due to health issues (I really love it, btw) and I've read conflicting info about GW and keto (no studies, of course).

I also feel a greater sense of well-being today.

Today, is glute and hammies day with higher rep work, so I will see how it goes and report back tomorrow.

There should be no issues whatsoever doing keto and taking GW. There are many that do both and have had excellent results, so I'm sure you'll love it

Good day, all!

Last night, was my glute and ham workout. I am now running GW at full dose--20mg
I have to say this workout was one of my better ones during prep. What I struggled to hit last week, was easier this time around. I train to failure and had to push to hit failure. Also, I've noticed my stabilizers give way before my muscles fatigue. I'm enjoying the increased work capacity. My program also has plyos and I was dreading them, but they went well and were fun.

I am not experiencing any night blindness on S4, but it might be too early for that.

Psychologically, I feel like I can keep it together and stay focused in and outside the gym.

My question is do I cut S4 and GW during peak week or should I run it through?
If this keeps going well, I am going to punt on the triple stack in September!
And I feel like a retard for buying laxo and ohter worthless supplements during the past year--LOL

run it thru and great progress where are the damn pics? could you not figure out tinypic.com? I know exactly how you feel about all the supps ive bought in the past frickin gimmicks, so I know how hesitant it is to try to buy into sarms but it is the real deal.

Alrighty! Here's the deal: I was pretty lean when I started my cycle, but I will post them this weekend. The week before I started taking them and this weekend.

I am ready to pare down supplements because now I see so many of them are bunk.

yep all you need is sarms and maybe dabble a bit in what the sponsors here have to offer, the good thing is you have been in the game for a while and you know whats bullshit and whats not. and sarmsx is not bullshit whatsoever

This is good stuff o read! When our orders get here, my wife is going to start on her first SARMs run so she'll be happy to read what you have going on! Keep up the good work.

You definitely want to keep running that S4 and GW through peak week. That's only going to help you even more with leaning, tightening, dryness, hardening, vascularity, etc. Thise compounds are great to run up to a show
