Hello i previously purchased Mk 677 from a supplement company in pill form (very stupid mistake on my part) and I am certain the product was bunk as I didn't feel the effects from 2 weeks on it apart from hunger for the first day which I am certain Was placebo after doing some research now I am in the process of ordering the 677 from sarmsx which I have heard nothing but good things now my question was is the water retention severe? And will it subside eventually? And is this dangerous or am I just being paranoid? Thanks

you wont have any water issues as long as you are eating enough potassium... the sodium/potassium ratio is what will cause all the water issues but if you have it controlled and you are taking in the proper amount of potassium, you will not have this problem... definitely get our 677 at sarmsx... if you have other questions, just let me know

I stayed very dry and lean on MK-677 but had incredible results. I absolutely love it. The key is eating enough potassium rich foods, not overdoing sodium, and keeping water intake high. If you do that you should have no issues at all

I have a question that's irrelevant to this thread I just watched your video on glucosamine which was 💯 but how about stacking it with the 677? Since I found this study that glucosamine somehow interferes with igf1 signalling maybe I'm reading it wrong? I would appreciate your input thanks

I personally can't see any interaction issues that would be anything to worry about. I've never heard of glucosamine interfering with IGF levels before

there are no interferences whatsoever... your overthinking BIG time and this is not something i would even think twice about... you can do whatever you want but thats not anything you need to worry about

OK thanks on the subject of water retention I will keep my potassium high and drink lots of water but I really want to is water retention dangerous or benign? I'm just a little bit paranoid Thank you

Interesting. It definitely says glucosamine inhibits IGF receptor stimulation. However there are other joint supplements if you're concerned about it.

Pill form.... Wrong answer! Dude get some Sarmsx mk677. You won't regret it. Potassium tends to help with water retention.

its not dangerous unless its completely out of hand and to get that level you would have to fuck up big time... you would have to dose it far too high, not eat any potassium whatsoever etc... it would be your fault if it was dangerous basically

Yes I have generalized anxiety disorder and Ocd which makes me overthink almost everything I am just gonna dose 25mg every day

yes bro, if you let that get to you, especially in things like cycling, your gong to have a very short run of everything because you will overthink your way into problems... you need to try to get it under control... you an come to me with any questions at any time but you CANNOT overthink bro...

Hey Dylan... Been watching your vids man! Good stuff. I know this is an old thread but I just started taking 677 and wanted to know if I should get gluconate or citrate potassium.

Thanks in advance!

Hey brother, NICE screen name LOL... love it... honestly potassium supplements do not give you much of any help here... they have very very minimal amounts of potassium in them, just like a calcium supplement... you need to be going for the right foods... here's a video i did on the 10 most potassium rich foods... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K0y5v-lI-0
