Dylan, I think this look is better. You just look swole as fuck, and lean. You could easily add 10lbs and still be shredded. I think 7- 8℅ bf at 210 you would feel amazing. That 5% BF is just a psychological block IMO, to the naked eye your still shredded as they come, but look way more aesthetic with the extra BF points

you have no idea how a comment like this helps me mentally because your right, it is a HUGE psychological block and im not ashamed to admit it... when i have a problem or flaw, i dont make excuses or hide it, i man up and you are exactly right... im trying my best to overcome that and the more comments i hear like this, the easier it is for me to overcome it... i really appreciate it bro, seriously

man bro, i really appreciate that... that comment really helps me a lot, it truly does... i dont feel i have too many weaknesses but this is definitely one i struggle with in a major way so i appreciate it!
 
More Progress and FEELING GREAT!

I know I have indicated this several times but I just want to stress the fact that I have not felt this good in so long, I can't even remember... I am now at 197.5 so that is an increase of 17.5 lbs. in 7.5 weeks... Not too bad! If i can get more calories in, I could probably easily get another 10 in but that's something I have to work on... My strength is through the roof... I was able to do sets of hammer curls with 60 lb. dumbbells today, regular curls (single arm rotating) with 45's and my incline bench was up to 235 x 10... I pushed it extremely hard today to the point my arms felt like complete jello... I hit decline right after incline, which was a bitch but still hit 235 x 10 even after pushing it that hard on incline... everything is going even better than I hoped and planned and I am going to make every little adjustment or change possible... This is beyond important to me and every little small microscopic detail to the biggest detail all mean so much to me... There is no room for error when it comes to how I do and expect things and I stay on top of everything... Here are a few updated pics to show some more progress.. Thank you everyone for your support!

Holy fuck bro. Your shoulders are unreal man. You had some massive shoulders before, but now they're just on a whole new level. Way to go! Biceps are looking swole as well. Looks like you fine tuned this cycle perfectly for yourself. Keep those gains a comin! You're going to hit 200lbs before this cycle is up.

i really appreciate it brother... i always go ridiculously hard but this is on an entire different level and im just so glad i convinced myself to just let it go and go for it with more size... plus i get sick of that "do you lift" pussy ass comment.. yeah motherfucker, i do lift... LOLL it just motivates me to rip it up even more... i really appreciate your support!

Nice log bro this is a pretty hectic cycle and you are clearly putting on some very nice quality size! I know what it's like trying to gain muscle as an Ectomorph you really have to force those calories in haha so keep up the solid work 👍

Looking good man. By the way , you look much healthier at this size and weight. Fuller does not always mean fatter , especially in your case because your already so lean. Keep it going and keep eating ! It's working well for you. Best cycle I've seen you log yet.
This will probably sound quite stupid to you but a comment like you made makes me feel so much more comfortable doing what Im doing because I just always have a mental block with this particular instance... I can do ANYTHING but when it comes to gaining too much weight etc. i just have a block and i finally forced myself to get past it and i am so happy that i did for so many reasons... THANK YOU for taking the time to comment and encourage me... That goes WAY further than you know for me and I wont forget it... Thank you bro
 
Yeah Dylan, I agree with everyone. The extra lbs look great. 6-8% is still ripped as they come
