Hi,
So glad I found this forum! I have been following Dylan Gemelli on youtube, wow his knowledge is amazing! So I am 39 years old, 5'11 and now 212 ( up from 195 at start of cycle) and just getting back into lifting and I am going to a HRT Doctor. This is my first cycle in 15 years, I am on :
200mg Test cyp a week ( on week 11, going to go up to 400mg for the next 5 weeks)
50mg Anavar a day ( got tennis elbow so I qualified for it , on week 5)
3 iu of Semoralin at night ( one week 9)
3 iu of Somatrophin during the day ( just stated last week)
25mgs dhea
b 12 injections 2xs a week
1mg anasrtozole 2xs weekly
10 iu of HCG 1x a week
I eat 4 to 6 clean meals a day , usually grilled tuna or salmon, baked sweet potato or brown rice, 2 cups mixed greens , streamed broccoli and 2 or 3 protein shakes a
day . I go to the gym 5 days a week, 20 minutes cardio a day ( running and stair machine)
So far I am happy with how my body is staring to look, however I still have some belly thats not going away. I know the HGH isn't going to start working its magic for a few more week, what Sarms can I add to this to help. I just ordered Clen from Blue sky , should be here this week.
