I Googled the same question my first week and any of those days and times would be good for the 2nd pin due to the half life

It doesn't matter as long as you pick the same two days every week and space them 3-4 days apart

Nah..I love to pin. Sometimes it just has to be my 18g x1.5. Takes all of 1 minute to draw and shoot. 1mls sus 250, 1ml cyp200, 1 ml deca 200 and 2mls eq 300. A total of 5cc's..Swish bam boom I am done see ya latter style of pinning is what I like. Two things I wont pin is aqueous winny and prop. No use for either one. As for pinning schedule for the most part I shoot the whole wad all at once, 1 day per week. You can try doing it Mon, wed...or m,w,f...try it how ever you want. For me...I cannot tell the difference, so once every friday night works. See what works for you!

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind it one bit. I don't dread it, bit I also don't get excited about it like I did in the beginning. I will say however, there's a side of me that really enjoys feeling and seeing that needle penetrate my skin every time!

Glute is always best. If you keep pinning in the delt they will get used to it and will not bother you anymore. As far as infection goes all injectable on this boards have an anitbacterial, antipathogenic material in them. So if you are getting your pins out of a dumpster then be carefull. Take this big note down.

When you get an infection you will dam well know you got an infection. First thing to check is take your temp. Your temp will rise the next day to around 100f and by the next day 101.5F. Keep some anitbiotics on hand in case you ever get fever. No fever...no infection. Remember I am a doctor. My patients are horses, but the same rules apply. Very good info! Thanks. The pip went down it been just feels like a small bruise or whenever I raise my delt.

Has anyone used 1in needles for the glutes? Wouldn't mind trying glutes but I only had 23g 1inch on hand. I've heard people use 1.5in

PERVE!!!...lol....my wife tells me that she expects to see me ironing my clothes...while they are on.
 
Just pinned my left delt and the pip is REAL MINIMAL. Compared to the right delt, the pip is not as bad. I just hope the right side pip goes away until next pin.

I pinned a little more of the front of the delt and went a lot slower than the first time. Also made sure I gently massaged it right after.

If my right side doesn't go away, I'll have to do my glutes. Quads would be my very last choice. Looks scary lol

Just worked out my shoulders and wasn't too bad until I started doing up right rows. Pip got pretty sore so I just called it a day. Do you guys pin in the am or pm? I usually wake up in the am and pin and I lift in the morning also so it'll be right after lifting
 
I do glutes always, did quad 1 time pulled a muscle in my thigh that very day, so I was a little nervous to do it again. but I have not had any pain since the first few weeks I don't even shake anymore lol. don't know if I could do delts either. I will stick with the ass. May even be up for the courage award from Espy next year hahahaha
 
Let me throw a little old school in here as far as pinning quads. When I was very young we had a group of goofballs...sorry group of friends who all started pinning this particular summer. The guys who had big thighs, the ones who can do squats and look like Tom Platz...those guys could pin up ad down and all around the quad. Those guys that were fast runners? The guys who could sprint like Gazell...would friggin CRY after pinning the quad. One guy...everytime he pinned his quad he must have hit a nerve because his leg would shake and flap like a wet noodle. Then he would complain for about 5 days. This is my own deduction so I can't back it up...but the slow twitch vs fast twitch muscle ratio is what either hurts or doesn't bother a bit.

You can get by with a 1" on quads, but I personally like to inject a little deeper. I go with 1.5" 25g

Them legs of Platz.....Damn. Some of the best of all time for sure!
 
I've pinned both quads this week for the very first time. I can't even fathom doing my delts and well, I'm just too damn big to pin my ass. I have found pinning the quads to be rather gravy and pain free. Although, I do have pip but that's because it's virgin muscle and I had the needle shaking like I just saw a ghost. My pip feels like doms from leg day, nothing that I can't handle. I'm using a 1.5" 25 gauge.
