They should have had a game with tom platz in it! You know I was looking at that pic of tom platz and he is living proof that spot injections work. He loved pinning his quads,,,so there you go!

man im not buying the spot injections theory - I just think Tom Platz had good leg genetics - BUT I will try the spot injection theory myself and see what pinning in the quad does for me.

that's cool bro... just be VERY careful down there because its a huge muscle but there so many spots that cause issues there and trust me when i tell you, a softball on your quad is NOT FUN at all and it stays for a long time...
