Just to let you know, following your recommendation, I did the rack pulls last week. Boy, my back was lit up and on fire. Grip gave out around 275 so I put the straps on and kept going. It's been 5 days and my traps/lats/forearms are still sore. Plan to rotate the rack pulls out with deadlifts. Appreciate the tip and recommendation. Your making excellent progress and can't wait to see your transformation over the next few months.
And doing 45mins fasted cardio every morning. Weighing now 208lbs
