How does my nutrition look like?

I am about to start my first cycle, and in terms of gear everything seems to be clear. The last bit of information that is missing for me is the food. My food is pretty non-varied, and this is what I was thinking about:

Breakfast - oatmeals, or cottage cheese with yogurt, or eggs with something meaty

pre-lunch - protein shake

Lunch - rice with some meat

pre-dinner - protein shake

Dinner - meat with some veggies

Does that look like a viable way of eating on cycle?

cutting or what? what are your goals with this cycle? what does the end result look like when you are done with your cycle
 
It looks like shit. I'd starve and die.

What are your stats and what are you trying to accomplish?

almonds, tuna, chicken breasts brussel sprouts broccoli brown rice, quinoa etc etc
 
What is "Some"...meat....."Some"...veggies?

I can have "Some" turkey breast that is 200 grams of protein...or "Some" that is 10 grams

Agree with the above. The food ideas as Veggies and Meat sound good but being more specific would help such as the quantity of each food and what kind of meat and veggies etc. Also what is your goal, Is it to Cut? Put on more size (Bulk)? For example I love oatmeal but when im cutting ill have 1 cup as oppose to 3 cups which is around 900 calories and 1 cup being around 300.
 
That looks awful and you have ZERO measurements for anything... You need to track your caloric intake if you're serious about making gains.

Basically that's meal one....what about the other 6?
