I am about to start my first cycle, and in terms of gear everything seems to be clear. The last bit of information that is missing for me is the food. My food is pretty non-varied, and this is what I was thinking about:
Breakfast - oatmeals, or cottage cheese with yogurt, or eggs with something meaty
pre-lunch - protein shake
Lunch - rice with some meat
pre-dinner - protein shake
Dinner - meat with some veggies
Does that look like a viable way of eating on cycle?
