Helpp new cycle

Hi dylan, im 28 and i have 2years training and im about to doing my 4rth cycle, im 160lb, 12-14% bf, im looking to build some muscle and lose fat and get high quality of muscle and definition. im planning this

week1-12:. sustanon 300mg
week1-9: tren ace 300mg im planning pinning every day 50mg per day
aromasin 1-12: 12.5mg eod or arimidex 0.5mg eod ( i always used arimidex and work good, but sometimes had some nip sensitive)
pramiprexole 1-9: 0.25 e3d ( i used tren before and had bad time with it, cause i didnt know about prolactin , but now i know i want to do things right)
I wanted to use some equipise in there, but because the minimun effective doses is 600-800mg its to expensive for me now, some guy told that maybe can use some boldenona veterinary, cuz the only difference is the mg per ml(that whats he told me) but like im not sure of that im not trying to go for it, but if you can give some advise about bolde vet and if i can use it because is cheapear i´ll use i dont scare of pining
PCT
hcg: 500iu 2 times per week( 2weeks before my last pin and 2weeks after)
clomid: 50/50/25/25
nolvadex: 40/20/20/20
aromasin: 12.5 eod
mk-2866 20 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day
 
been in a gym like 9 years(not very consistan , making lots of stops), but what i mean is that im now 2 years constant training witout leaving a day, and did 3 cycle like 5 years ago, and iwas waiting until i get a constant training habit and have more knowledge about roids for making a cycle again

You dont decide that. You will get both.

First critique:
- 160 pounds????????????????????????????? 4th cycle???????????????????? earth to mars hello, whats going on?

My Advice:
- Inject Sustanon at least E2D. Everything beyond will givce you unstable blood levels and thus bloat and other side effects.
- First of all after 2 years of training its too early - but you know that yourself and your a grown man, so you dont have to justify anything. But we still can criticize you.
- 350mg a week and pinnign every day, that would make 350mg a week - thats ok. Dont expect anything out of this world, but it will benefit you. Any lower and i personally havent felt anything amazing. But then again iam a bit heavier :)
- I never user aromasin, but i guess 12.5mg Aromasin = 0.5mg Arimidex. Thats on the higher side for 300mg of Test, but its ok. I think for more gains better would be Mo/Th 0.5mg. Depending on your estrogen sensitivity. I for example can run no AI up to 1g of Test. Off course iam bloated, but no gyno.
- Iam not sure you need prami at 300mg of Tren... but that depends on you. Better have it on hand then be sorry later. (keep in mind, progesteron feeds of estrogen. So if you lower your estrogen, you lower your progesteron. Also progesteron doesnt grow tissue, so you cant grow breasts from progesteron.)

- HCG 500iu 2x a week is perfect to keep your balls full and give your gf/wife something to eat on regular bases. BUT Dont start HCG from the get go. Start at week 4, stop at week 10.
- I forgot the PCT protocol numebrs... cant be arsed to check them now, but it looks good. Someone else comment on this.
- Cant coment on Sarms because i just started using Ostarine. But i have read studies where MK-677 increases hgh (or was it igf-1?) Doiesnt matter as it converts anyway. But keep in midn your probally going to hold water from MK-677, but it goes away when you discontinue it.

Thats about it.

And in my opinion dude, 160 pounds... you can get 10 or 20 pounds naturally. But obviously you made up your mind so iam not gona try to convince you, your old enough to take advice and follow it, or not.

Man sorry for the other post im new here im learning about the site and i thought this post was eliminated for me by mistake, sorry again for that thax for the information,
let me tell you i used tren before but not in the right way and i crashed my libido was horrible thing i used tren and win and didnt used test( i know now that it was an stupid mistake follow that without the right knowledge), but know i wanna do it right and have a great time , im worried about my libido , thats why i research alot to find a save way to run tren, will i have any libido problem this time with test base, prami on hand and low doses???

cycle history runed like test cyp for 5 weeks nolva/hcg pct(first cycle) ,tren and win for 5weeksi had a great gains crazy sex drive all right, nolva/hcg pct(second cycle), tren and win for 5 weeks again and i had the worse experience with tren nolva/hcg pct (3rd cycle), because the poor pct i did in all cycles i lose gains but i didnt know how to do a right and full pct, but know i now
Goals get some pounds of good muscle, but i wanna keep dry with good 6pak
Nutrition i count macros , lactose intolerance
 
Why don't you just start from scratch..do a proper test only cycle full pct, while you learn more information from the forum and go from there. forget the past mistakes and start fresh. tren dosent need to be in the equation right now..you have plenty of time for bigger cycles in the future..but you've already done some damage so let's not make it worse...also some pre cycle bloods would be nice so we can see your numbers and assist further
 
Based on your current stats, you have some work to do before you cycle steroids in my opinion. And you shouldn't be using Tren for sure. What does your diet look like?
 
Why don't you just start from scratch..do a proper test only cycle full pct, while you learn more information from the forum and go from there. forget the past mistakes and start fresh. tren dosent need to be in the equation right now..you have plenty of time for bigger cycles in the future..but you've already done some damage so let's not make it worse...also some pre cycle bloods would be nice so we can see your numbers and assist further

thax for the advise, i liked the idea im gonna considerer, but i would like tren because you can feel tren working quickly, im looking to go for like 74-75kg muscular and defined
 
i eat 2100 cal per day actually just training and spend alot of time steady, my macros 50% carb, 30% protein, 20 % fat( carb 263g, prote 155prot, 50 fat)
meal1: 6 egg white, 3whole egg+ 150g oatmeal
meal2 (preworkout): 120g white rice or 200 sweet potato +100 g chicken
meal3(postworkout): 200g white rice +100g chicken
meal 4: 80g white rice +100g chicken

Learn how to actually use steroids, how they work, what you need to do to protect yourself, how to dose them and most importantly, how to go about this the RIGHT way, not jumping into the biggest shit you can find like tren when you are nowhere near ready for it.. you do what you will but i THINK ive been doing this long enough to know exactly what will happen... i only deal 7 days a week from people all over the world now for countless years... so i think i grasp how this works...

Dylan thx for the advise, im planned this cycle after seeing lots of your vids on youtube( btw great information, great and nice to listen someone who knows about it)and read lots of profiles of roids that i found in isarms.com, lots of research i have like 16month clean of the drugs, and i would like to try know that i know more about steroids knowing about tren prolactin, sides, but u are the man who knows more than me, so then im gonna listen to you, i havent done bloodwork but great advise im gonna make it

You've probably done some serious long term damage to your body.

in all cycles i runned low doses 300mg total of both.... test cyp 300mg per week(EOD100mg)... with win an tren ( 100mg tren Monday, 100mg win wedns and 100mg tren friday and the next week 100win mondas, 100 tren wed, 100 win friday and then repeat for 5 weeks, and the 3er cycle was the same
Please teach about some nutrition please(im in mantenience calories, i do nothing in the day except going to the gym), it seens you know alot
