Fuck it time to blast!!!!!

That's shitty. How'd you cope with having no appetite? What were you sick with?

I had the stomach flu that hit me HARD. I had it about two days, in which time I couldn't eat or drink anything, or else it would come right up. Even after getting over that I had barely any appetite for a few more days and had to force food down until appetite came back. I was down on calories for that week big time

I was just real sick too. STILL recovering. It's been a couple weeks now. Idk wtf I got but it was bad. Just gotta force it down and hope for the best.

Dr Jim stoppani has some articles on dextrose & candy, he prefers it post workout to replenish muscle glycogen. Claims it won't be stored as fat if eating then. Look into it

It's waaaaaaayyyyy more in depth than that though. I've adopted a lot of Jim and Chris Aceto's theories on dieting and training. Especially from back before it started to all relate to marketing.

There's a lot to it though.

So the lethargy and headache is completely gone. But these past few days I've had a ridiculous cough and stuffy nose. I went to the doc and I guess I have a sinus infection. My elbows been hurting a bit to and she said I have tennis elbow. I asked for a cortizone shot but she wants me to try icing the spot and using advil first... I've been using elbow wraps and have been lifting fine. But she wants me to take two weeks off from the gym and focus on healing it. What should I do guys?

Well the smartest thing to do would be to take pressing out of the equation for a few weeks and stick with isolations that dont directly impact the joint.
Its not something you wanna fuck with. It will keep bothering you till it heals. You could try adding in joint supports, fish oil etc... Also keep an eye on your estrogen if you see joints starting to hurt.

I just started taking fish oil and when I wear elbow wraps I notice those help a lot! I've only been doing movements that don't bother it whatsoever
 
As of most of you all know I was running bunk gear but now it's time to run some good gear this time around. My cycle is gonna be

Test e 500mg/wk (norma amps)
Tren ace 350mg/wk (Phurious)
Mast p 350mg/wk (Phurious)
Anadrol 50mg/day week 1-4

Gonna blast 12 weeks total gonna throw winny in last 4 weeks at 50mg/day... I also might do a show as well this cycle

Nice bro...you will do well on this cycle. AND MAN...you know cycles are much better when you use real gear...lol

It does sound weird, but I did a similar cycle many moons ago. It only seemed to support the tren effects in that my skin got paper thin and I felt dry as hell. Never did try it again though.
