If I'm reading it correctly, I'd lose that dextrose preworkout

Most of it I can't fucking read lol

Meal 1
12 egg whites
2/3 cup oats
20g natural sugar
2tbsp pb
3000mg omega 3

Meal 2
10oz chicken
1 cup rice or 8oz potato
2tsp olive oil

Meal 3
10oz chicken
1 cup rice or 8oz potato
2tsp olive oil

Meal 4
10oz ground beef
8oz sweet potato

Meal 5- post workout meal

1 cup white rice

Pre workout
Bag of skittles or 50g dextrose

And why no dextrose pre workout?

Unless you are using insulin its totally pointless. Your will have all that convert to fat basicaly. Even with insulin I wouldnt do a bag of skittles and 50g of dextrose.

I've always noticed candy helps me pre workout. It gives an awesome pump. So cut that out?

Well its all simple sugars that's why. It does more harm than good really. I used to do it with gummy worms myself. I would do something little more productive personally like a solid pre workout meal similar to what you listed. You have a decent amount of carbs running throughout the day as it is too.

For me if I train late Il do something like EVP from evogen wich is non stim or something like 25mg cialis 25mg viagra. I feel a lot better that way too.

I would bro. Your priority should be body composition changes and not workout pumps.

If you want some sick pumps dose some viagra preworkout. My only carbs preworkout are a 1/2 cup of oats, and I pretty much always have great pumps
 
And actually if you don't want to mess with that look for Glycerol. Some of your better pre workouts or what you think is better usually contain glycerol or a form of it. Its similar to a your every day carb actulally but there area couple key differences that allow Glycerol to function similar yet not totally the same. Its an alternative to sugar in a lot of different supplements. It pulls water into muscle cells and blood vessels. It can be a watery pump but its a mean one...

Glycerol is awesome. I also like agmatine and citrulline to. Every time I buy pre workout I look for those 3 ingredients

Ya I like thay mix too. I started buying it raw I just make my own pre workout usually cause I not a huge fan of the stimulants.

Ok started robo tren ace and anadrol yesterday... So I'm on
Test e 500mg/wk (Norma)
Tren ace 50mg/day (robo)
Anadrol 50mg/day (robo/centrino)

Man I'm confident in this stuff and it feels good to finally get on some goodshit!!
 
I'm 4 days into robo gear and every branch of vein is creeping out already lol
