Meal 1
12 egg whites
2/3 cup oats
20g natural sugar
2tbsp pb
3000mg omega 3
Meal 2
10oz chicken
1 cup rice or 8oz potato
2tsp olive oil
Meal 3
10oz chicken
1 cup rice or 8oz potato

Meal 4
10oz ground beef
8oz sweet potato
Meal 5- post workout meal
2 cup egg whites
1 cup white rice
Pre workout
Bag of skittles or 50g dextrose
And why no dextrose pre workout?
Unless you are using insulin its totally pointless. Your will have all that convert to fat basicaly. Even with insulin I wouldnt do a bag of skittles and 50g of dextrose.

And actually if you don't want to mess with that look for Glycerol. Some of your better pre workouts or what you think is better usually contain glycerol or a form of it. Its similar to a your every day carb actulally but there area couple key differences that allow Glycerol to function similar yet not totally the same. Its an alternative to sugar in a lot of different supplements. It pulls water into muscle cells and blood vessels. It can be a watery pump but its a mean one...

If you want some sick pumps dose some viagra preworkout. My only carbs preworkout are a 1/2 cup of oats, and I pretty much always have great pumps

Ya I like thay mix too. I started buying it raw I just make my own pre workout usually cause I not a huge fan of the stimulants.Glycerol is awesome. I also like agmatine and citrulline to. Every time I buy pre workout I look for those 3 ingredients
