In the "relative strength" thread I mentioned irritating my rotator cuff while benching. It's been about 6wks and it's still bothering me! I can push the weight up but I'm apprehensive. Doc said I can get a cortisone shot on Dec.2nd. I'm halfway through first cycle of low test, mast p, and proviron. Should I just go back to trt until it gets better?

Are you certiain its the rotator cuff and not a labral tear or something else? What have you been doing about it so far?

how dare you talk about his labia. lol ya

check out the MK man it is used to help joint pain and recovery and shit pureessenceresearch.com

Maybe just lay off the weights a bit or go lighter, or as rockmfhudd mentioned you can incorporate mk2866 see if that helps. I have had the same issue for years and the mk cleared that shit up pretty well,

Yeah Tx, I went to doc(shoulder specialist)and had x-rays,mri, and mobility/strength tests. He actually told me that I could lift light. It's in the back of my shoulder but hurts all the way through. Don't get me wrong, it's gotten better.

No, never had shoulder injury and no signs of arthritis.

For me i had an injury to that shoulder and it was a consistent pain i thought only surgery would resolve, i ran mk2866 and it cleared it up bout %90-95. Go with higher volume workouts lighter weight and focus on form and slow down the reps and be cautious until you find a solution if not you will continue to agitate the issue. Shoulders tend to wear out as you age, some more than others.

I only ask cause a labral tear is usually what people have. tear in the labrum. lol not to be confused with labia. hahaha
But if you went to the doc and all that and they confirmed its rotator cuff, That's a bit more nagging of an injury.

Your gonna have to take it easy and work on some mobility and stability. Band work and things like that for sure. Cortisone may assist a bit but its doubful. Seems to always bounce back. Bottom line is if its a true rotator cuff injury your probably gonna have some issues here out. even when it heals.

shoulder injuries are horrible and the only way to really treat them is rest and recovery.. your only aggravating it more by pushing it, ESPECIALLY on a bench press... thats literally one of the worst things you can do with a shoulder injury is benching... i have a strong recommendation on healing enhancement for you... trust me, steroids are NOT going to heal you whatsoever but this stack most certainly will... here is a link for you... http://pureessenceresearch.com/product/healing-and-recovery-stack-12-weeks-2/

this stack is so perfect for you...

1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

My knees and stuff are real shitty but I do see some benifit with the MK677 recently. I cant deny that one. Its been good. And I do know Ostarine was made specifically for osteoperosis and stuff. The only steroid that would really assist is would be deca but thats only a temporary bandaid fix.
