First steroid cycle

Hey what's up guys. I'm 30 years old. Have been training since 10. I'm 6'0, 183cm, 195lbs, 88kg, 7 % body fat but i didn't liked how i felt and i got up to 10 % body fat. I've been training that long because i was a wrestler but got injured and had to stop. I've researched steroids for months and decided that i will start using them not really for the muscles but more for the blast and cruise.
What do you think about blasting and cruising? I will blast at 500-600mgs of test enanthate and i will cruise at 200-250mgs. I will be using anti estrogens. My diet is clean to minimize side effects and maximize results. Looks like that:
Meal 1: 5-10 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1-2 cups of oats, banana
Meal 2: 1 scoop of whey protein and apple
Meal 3: 1-2 cups of brown rice, skinless chicken meat
Meal 4: 1-2 cups of brown rice, skinless chicken meat, 2 bananas
Meal 5: 2 scoops of whey protein, 1-2 cups of brown rice, skinless chicken meat, 1 banana
Meal 6: Green beans, red potatoes, 2 glasses of milk
Meal 7: Cottage cheese, 1kg yogurt, apple

Quick Question. Are you on TRT? HRT? If not, blasting and cruising would not be for you.

This makes no sense....you want to use steroids...just because you want to use steroids...that's your goal??????????

Well then , I would suggest that you do some more researching because blasting and cruising is for people that are on TRT. You can really screw yourself up by doing what you mentioned above. Your hormones will be in for a roller coaster ride. It seems like you are looking for a simple test cycle, but I would do some more research .
 
Isn't cycling on and off = hormone roller coaster ride? You basically start normal, then you go very high and when you stop you go below normal.. ftROBDD.jpg With TRT you don't have that.

How many calories do this come out to?

you have a lot to learn... if you run proper post cycles, run the proper ancillaries on your cycle, run doses that are not completely reckless, then you recover properly, your not on a crazy ride and you have longevity in this... you can't just start blasting and cruising... you dont go about it that way whatsoever... trt is not even close to being for everyone man... broscience at its finest...
 
You haven't even ran a cycle and you are already talking about blasting and cruising? Why? That makes zero sense. If you run a proper cycle with proper pct, that is the CORRECT way to do things. Following the right protocol you will recover just fine.

Blast and cruise and TRT is for people that can't sustain healthy test levels any longer. Once you go on doing that it becomes a lifetime commitment

exactly, it literally makes no sense and its quite scary because if that kind of info is getting passed around, think about the guys that would just be jumping on trt and believing its okay to do... this pisses me off to the point i see red... how can anyone give this kind of advice?

now your on the right track... i would run test as you are with a few sarms and that would be plenty on a first cycle... you can get your sarms, ancillaries and pct products at www.sarmsx.com

1-12 test cyp 500 mg week
1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
