I am a professional Motocross/ Supercross Racer
Turned pro in 2015 and I have been getting my ass kicked by all the factory guys lapped ect… I know they are some gear ect…
I talked to my buddy who was an alternated for mr. Olympia and he got me some sustanon and tri stack with anastrozle and hcg. Says I should be taking 1cc of tri tren and half of sustanon every four days and take a tablet of anastrozle and 500ui of hcg every pin. I should gain 10lbs in my off season.
just pined 3 days ago with 50mg masteron 50 mg tren ace 50 mg test prop and 50 mg of sustanon while a tablet anastrozle and 500 ui of hcg
my buddy wants me to take the 175 mg of sustanon every 4 days and I just think that's too much. I am lean smaller body type more like a 145lb mma guy.
My sport just recently is under WADA regulations but they only test the top 5 making bank my 30-40 place finishes don’t pay shit.
I am 26 years old 145lbs 5 8 been training for the last 15 years but haven’t had a personal trainer and riding coach until 2014.
Just want your opinion this is my brief offseason before my season starts in January.
Looking to improve strength endurance, and edge ect... I want to gain 10-12 lbs most of these guys are 160-175 crazy once ppl go pro they gain 20lbs like that.
My training is more crossfit style high intense always have my hr above 160, when I ride on training days we keep it above 180 for 3-4 20 minute motos.
just looking for advice trying to gain strength before January then endurance so I last the 30+ min motos at 200+ heart rate
