I already posted here a thread about what should I do or not do and I've received pretty good advices from everyone. I would like to share my stats progress and a before and after photos. The first one was before I starting my cut around (166.5/167.5lbs) and my newest progress photo.

1/05: 75.5kg/166.5lbs
8/05: 75kg/165.4lbs
15/05: 74kg/163.1lbs
22/05: 73.7/162.5lbs
29/05: 72.5/159.8lbs
06/06: 71.2/156.97lbs

Today my weight was 158.5lbs, it must be a mistake since I'm in a deficit and a week ago was 157lbs.

could be a variety of reasons brother retaining water etc sodium intake. stress on ur body and it hasn't recovered yet. just keep at it, it doesn't happen overnight it is a long process

This is my fat loss stack

Test cyp - 200mg
Tren e - 500mg
Clen - 80mcg ED
T3 - 50mcg ED
Cardarine - 20mg ED
MK677 - 20mg ED

ya now I remember since you changed to your log in. lol the tennis player. from your last pics looks like its goin good. I mean I wouldn't put much on the scale as a matter of fact I would stay off the scale, hide the damn thing or get rid of it. how do you think you look in the mirror or what others say is really when you know you are doing it right. did you start that 30 day out plan and start doing cardio vs tennis?

I mean doing cardio instead of counting tennis as your cardio you are the tennis player right? nvm I see you are going to start that on 1 july

Yes I started doing cardio as well. Today I did my weight lifting training and did 30minutes of cardio and then in the afternoon I did another 30minutes.. I burned 555 calories
I will start doing everyday at least 40minutes of cardio without counting tennis. I hope this will help me even more since my body is not used to it.
 
it will bro it is already helping a bit you look a little bit flatter, and the weight gain is possibly muscle or inflammation you will be fine stay off the scale and go by looks

I will update you guys. Do you think I need to increase like 10minutes or so which week in order to not reach a plateau?
