I already posted here a thread about what should I do or not do and I've received pretty good advices from everyone. I would like to share my stats progress and a before and after photos. The first one was before I starting my cut around (166.5/167.5lbs) and my newest progress photo.
1/05: 75.5kg/166.5lbs
8/05: 75kg/165.4lbs
15/05: 74kg/163.1lbs
22/05: 73.7/162.5lbs
29/05: 72.5/159.8lbs
06/06: 71.2/156.97lbs
Today my weight was 158.5lbs, it must be a mistake since I'm in a deficit and a week ago was 157lbs.
