Eat lots and lots of food and carb. Is it a bulking myth?

Hey guys,

My friend started his first cycle (test n deca 500 each/wk) few weeks ago.

I asked him what he eats and this is kinda interesting..

He eats 6 meals a day, made of chicken beef eggs pork white rice sweet potato tuna instant noodles burgers sandwhiches and even nutella!

He takes no veges.

Im not too sure about his stats before, but he said he gained about 3~4kg of muscles and hes at 28%bf.

Is this a common bulking way?

I always believed we dont necesarrily have to eat a BUNCH LOAD like a pig during bulking. I prefer eating just a bit more, maybe adding 300 calories of oats more?

Is eat a lot to bulk theory a myth?

bro, im not trying to be a dick but this question is fucking ridiculous... i mean, answer it yourself... the guy is 28% body fat... hes borderline obese... hes a lazy fat ass to be honest... plain and simple and to top it off hes not only using steroids at a body fat that is more than double where he should be for steroids, but hes running deca on a first cycle and to top it off, way too high... I GUARANTEE YOU this is his first and last cycle... hes going to end up with tits, ridiculous estrogen, fucked up blood pressure and complete shutdown... hes clearly a moron in all regards and hes going to learn the very very hard way... if you are going to listen to a flat out pig with no self control who is nearly obese about your diet then you should not be using anything either...

I usually go low carb year around, plenty of lean meat, tons of veges, and nut based fats. Whats your opinion on low carb bulking? Oats is pretty much the only carb substance i eat. I usually eat 40~60g of oats a day. Since im on bulking cycle, i wanna bulk clean so im planning to eat about 80~100g a day, with all the other protein fat and veges the same.

50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 15-20% fats... i dont like low carb anything... its not a sustainable type diet...
 
He is definitely not a good example for cycling or bulking, and his diet is complete shit. Anytime you go to cycle.....especially bulking, you need to be in the right condition. A good general rule of thumb is to be 15% bodyfat Max and ideally about no more 10-12% in my opinion. I don't even get to 10% myself and stay in single digits. You should always aim to gain LEAN mass and not allow a lot of bodyfat gain. It becomes counterproductive and leads to more side effects, especially estrogen related sides

well said and spot on... to be honest, i find this post hard to even believe... its almost troll like because of the HUGE amount of absurdity...
