I am planning to do Test Prop 300mg per week eod for 10 weeks and I was also looking to stack with winstrol (50mg ed) for the first 5 weeks. But since I am 12/14% bodyfat I don't know if winstrol is a good choice, maybe t-bol could be a better choice?

I lift for several years now, around 5 or 6 years.

its not that he "thinks" it, its a fact... winstrol is a finisher... its a muscle hardener and it cleans up the cycle... you want to polish at the end of a cycle and thats where it shines... you can kickstart with it but thats not the optimal way...
 
you do realize steroids are not fat burners right? how many cycles have you ran?

I know that but I am not those guys that looks to them in that way. I already have a consistent and restrict diet and I am already cutting for a while without the use of any "extra help". It will only improve what I am currently doing, it will preserve my lean muscle mass and any weight I will lose it will be fat.
I've run test prop and anavar in the past but it was a short cycle and I did PCT for 3 weeks (Clomid and Nolvadex)

Not crazy about starting a cycle @ 180 with 25 pounds of it being fat. And at 5'11?

You'd be better off holding off on the juice now, sounds like diet & training need work.
 
I'm not sure why you want to go with test prop for 10 weeks. Just do test C instead and go 12. If cutting is your goal, here is what I would personally do

1-12 Test C 300mg per week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
7-12 Winstrol 50mg ED

It would be too expensive to be honest . I rather do something like only two compounds , test and something else . Currently I can't afford such a cycle but appreciated for your advice . Could follow that cycle in a near future for sure

If money is a concern (which is OK) then you definitely want to hold off for now. Juice, OCT, PCT, diet, all the other ingredients that go into this take money/money....best to hold off until you can make the financial commitment.

Agree completely. This isn't a cheap lifestyle by any means. The cycle is generally the cheapest part. I spend more on quality food per month than my whole cycles cost

absolutely, thats a statement i always make and there's good reason... also in this situation, theres hope for around 4% fat loss with just steroids... thats just not how how they are used... yes, you can absolutely drop so fat but thats a pretty large drop... i definitely wouldnt recommend this type of thing for that goal but either way, if there is a money issue in general, you need to hold off...

I didn't remember the name but my main goal was a recomposition where you seek to add some lean muscle while dropping some fat at the same time. Sorry for the bad info that I gave you guys. And that's why I wasn't sure by doing winstrol or tbol. The main issue is that I have never tried recomposition so I don't know how I should manipulate my calorie intake and so forth. Thanks for your feedback

Whatever you estimate a cycle will cost you (juice, oct, pct, food, supps) double it. If you have that much then OK. Other than that don't cycle.
