Hey Dylan what’s up bro, quick question for u. So I’m 34yr old 6’0 205lbs. I’ve done many cycles before over the past decade but I never really got results I wanted due to not doing them properly. So my question is I want to start a cycle n haven’t done one in couple years so what’s the best kind of TEST to start back up with and also should I stack right now as I have done cycles before or ONLY do test to start back up? Also how much and how often should I pin?
