Hey guys just wanted to discuss the bodybuilders diet. I've just seen the new video by Dylan and it seems that he is very adamant about clean eating. I tend to have a more flexible approach meaning I make sure to get a good amount of fiber fruits and vegetables but I don't like the idea of clean or good and bad foods. I'm not an advocate of getting fat by any means but I used to have anot eating disorder caused by being scared of foods and never ever cheating because I was scared it would somehow ruin my physique but now I got over that. I don't think the occasional cheeseburger or sweet indulgence is bad by any means but it doesn't seem others feel the same. I'm not talking down on anyone by any means I like to let others live life by any means with whatever makes themail happy but I'm just saying to me sometimes that burger once in a while makes my day. I think bodybuilding is much more than just one burger I think if you're consistent and can have a good amount of willpower and discipline then you should be good in the long run.
