As i stated at the very beginning I won't be giving the exact doses as I pay a lot of money to have that design for me so it wouldn't be fair that I would give it up for free but also all the bodies are different so what works for me might now work for someone else. As I said before I have never ever used so little gear and talking TRT dose and made such a remarkable improvement. Really I still can't believe how much we overuse this stuff and get the same results as someone who uses 1/4 of somebody else's doses. Now I am a big believer of Max results with min gear.

Now it's my turn. Well i just continue to grow!!!! Now I'm up to 282 in the am. I wish I could tell u I'm juicing massively but I'm not. Cont with my little doses train hard and keep my diet. If anything for Easter I was even below my intake I made one of my meals a cheat meal for the week. My strength is the roof unfortunately i pay the price of being that heavy and on tren with very little endurance. I get short of breath very quickly. Two days ago tren hit my lungs a little and I had to lay down and let it pass. I don't panic so I don't cough but definitely take very shallow breaths and relax. Takes about 4 min and it's all gone but I fight the urge to couch pretty hard. Anyway will be putting another order with IWGF very soon as my supplies are getting low. I keep shaking my head looking at the results I'm getting with so little gear. At this age I'm the strongest I have ever been the biggest I have ever been and the leanest off season I have ever been. Amazing stuff.

Hey guys!!!
I thought you would like to see this two years to the day!!! When you think that you are not progressing it's worth a while to look back and see where u came from. All this time I pretty much stayed on gear that I got thru IWGF. He always took care of me. Got to tell you I was very very surprised to see those pix side by side. All in all pretty dam progress for this old fart.

How about this two year transformation???? Went from this to winning open classes master classes and overalls. She used exclusively products from IWGF var primo and winny. Really hoping for even better this time around. Diet is on point already coming down with weight and looking better and harder every day
