Just ordered from hipo myself for first time on Tuesday good communication and prices I'm looking forward to receiving my product

I had a positive exchange with Hippo and the 44 went above and beyond to help me. Buen is very knowledgeable and Hippo is great I hope you guys squash it brothers
 
buen, you're my dude and although the circumstances are indeed grey as far as communication somewhat. Hipo is a great guy with a great track record, you're gonna feel how you feel and he is a busy man with me breathing down his neck, other clients and running a company to consider brother. Obviously you paid the express shipping. How, or why are to be determined. You've had several great transactions with us and one "mix up". We'll refrain from using the words 'not man enough', or liar and resolve this here and now. Conflict resolves nothing... fuck did I just say that??? Talk to whom the pack was delivered to and have it sent to you, PM me your circle pay info or paypal and I will reimburse you out of my own pocket for the express shipping fees. Where the fault lies is up in the air, some say you and you are arguing about the express shipping you paid for and subsequent miscommunication, but we need not bash a company for one "incident" when there are so many variables to consider, especially when you've had such a good track record with getting our deliveries, even now it is where it was addressed to go. I don't wanna hear anything about it wasn't my fault, or shit like that... you left me out of the equation brother. I'm here to be your direct line. I think that when Hipo sees PM's or emails from me he notices them among the sea of others. You didn't let me do my job, so I let you down brother... not Hipo, not hipocampus.me. Let me make this right between us all and lets bury this shit bro. PM me what I need to reimburse you the $55 or whatever the express shipping fees was.

*** Hipo, this is my resolution. I know what you're thinking, but I got this. We, far above any other pharma company provide great service and get our deliveries where they are intended to be. I think we're all big enough to handle this like gentlemen.

One of the best people on this site and this proves it.

I have a question, how is buen supposed to keep this via PM or email if hippo takes over a week to respond? Not to instigate things but I understand 100% why buen is upset and I believe not only is he unhappy with the service provided but is doing what he can do help the forum which is commendable considering the large amount of bs one takes speaking out against an source. This is why so many people don't speak up and when a source goes bad you have tons of people upset who finally speak out which could have been avoided. This is also good for the source in question (in this case it's hippo) because now it allows him to either make things better and fix his mistakes before it's too late.

How could hippo charge for shipping options which aren't even available to him due to him shipping intl? And then refuse to reship after shipping using an inconsistent shipping method than which was paid for? I think is the biggest issue here.

I'm staying out of this particular conflict but I absolutely agree people NEED to speak up when a source goes bad. I heard nothing but good things about a particular former source I purchased from and then all of the sudden everyone came out of the woodwork to talk about purity issues, sanitary issues etc like 2 weeks later. If a source is going bad speak up. Alpha spoke up right away with a source, then admitted he made a mistake, both things I can respect. We can't sit by with our thumbs up our asses when we know something's wrong.

That being said this is a respected member and a respected source and I believe this will get worked out

I'm gonna express my worthless opinion on this... this whole term 'BAD SOURCE", 'refuse to reship after shipping using an inconsistent shipping method', let me say this and you know I got respect for buen... If I were headed somewhere I'd have had my shit sent there well in advance, but buen was comfortable with the arrangements made. The question is NOT the source being bad, or the quality of product, OR RELIABILITY OF SHIPPING as he admittedly has had several orders with us that went flawlessly. If ONE SHIPPING MISTAKE/MISUDERSTANDING/MISCOMMUNICATION makes for a bad source then we should all start home brewing. I offered to re-imburse the $55, THE PRODUCTS ARE WHERE THEY WERE MEANT TO GO... just not when. Hipo cannot tend to each customer individually, despite his best efforts as we see. Did anyone perhaps take into consideration that sometimes life happens? So if you go to the mall and buy a pair of shoes from Footlocker and a sneaker deodorizer... if the deodorizer they put in the bag was the wrong scent do you return it, or say fuck Footlocker and stand outside the store protesting that they are a bad place to buy sneakers?
So as a rep, I offered to pay back the $55, said ask the folks who have your package to send it to you and if seized I'd re-imburse him the $172. Instead we want the product re-shipped while the original is still there. So lets look at this... we re-ship it he gets it, they send him the original and he gets it. If this is a source 'going bad' shit man I need to kill myself. I went above and beyond to remedy this and all we want is a re-ship while we technically have the original pack... Sounds like we've bent over backwards (I have) and yet that ain't good enough... Read all the guys on here that have said they were more than pleased with hipocampus... but we're the bad guys right??? One odd instance fucks up a great name? If that's how you judge things then I feel sorry for your gf's, spouse and kids because guess what? People sometimes step on their dicks... who in this instance is up for debate IMO. If you want the $55 buen it's yours just gimme the info I need. But I personally can't wrap my mind on a re-ship personally when the pack is where it's supposed to be. Mishaps occur and I think I've gone far above and beyond what any rep would in this instance as far as what I control. This mud slinging however has gone far enough... I'm starting to tire of it really quick.

Yes it was, but apparently there was some form of communication that led buen to thinking it would be there. I don't know what happened 100%, but one mishap does not make a company a bad source, or a scammer for fucks sake.
 
I have ordered from hipo 2 times. All went good. Things do happen. This is not an easy business at all. Some of the stuff posted in this thread was wayyy to much information. I did not read this whole thread, but was any of this issue ever tried to be mediated from anyone in staff? Usually that is the first way to approach it. Not just throwing it out in open forum. Especially with some of the sensitive info thrown out here.
 
because HIPO is carrying a product i want at a serious bargain at the moment, i'm going to place an order. my favorite ugl on these forums don't carry it, so i'm happy to try HIPO on this one. hope all goes well.
 
The 44 has always come in clutch for me. Great prices, great products (I buy all of my Pharma PCT from him), very responsive, and very discrete shipping!
 
I think the terms is just being used as far as "bad source" in a general term of people should be able to speak up if they have an issue, obviously hipo is a solid source on here by the many posts of satisfied customers, then there was an isolated issue between the company and buen.
You have made an attempt to correct that situation for him, solid bro very solid. I think what were seeing now is just residual kudos to hipo and yourself from members who have had good transactions and also people stating we as the consumer should be able to speak about a situation if it is not or wasn't originally taken care of. Maybe not of this actual instance or company. Just my .02

Agreed, but I'm done with it. buen still has my respect as a knowledgeable AAS guy with a strong opinion about things, Hipo that's my dude... top notch human being. Like I said I'm just here to look out for the bro's.
 
Wow man, I have never seen anything like this!!!..I am pretty new to this forum, but I have been on other forums for many years...I dont want to put an opinion on the argument because it is none of my business..BUT IT MUST BE SAID that 44YO you are a real stand up motherfcker!! I have been sitting back watching whos who, and how they move. And bro you have my respect! And Dylan you could have laud.low and not said anything..but you chose to do what was right and give a clearheaded responce to diffuse the situation..I REALLY RESPECT THAT BRO!! I also really appreciate the way you run this forum and website! For what it is worth you have gained my respect...Awesome board with awesome info and sources! But like I said I have no opinion on this disagreement, its just that BEWARE grabbed my attention. This dude Buen owes hipo an apology.

That's a matter between buen and Hipo bro. Might've happened and that's business between two grown men. Whatever comes of this I hope that it allows both parties to move forward amicably towards the future for both parties. Whatever the outcome it's not for any of us to be concerned with. Both buen and Hipo are outstanding persons that I can say with confidence can walk away from this better from the experience.
