Hipo is a great guy with a great track record, you're gonna feel how you feel and he is a busy man with me breathing down his neck, other clients and running a company to consider brother. Obviously you paid the express shipping. How, or why are to be determined. You've had several great transactions with us and one "mix up". We'll refrain from using the words 'not man enough', or liar and resolve this here and now. Conflict resolves nothing... fuck did I just say that??? Talk to whom the pack was delivered to and have it sent to you, PM me your circle pay info or paypal and I will reimburse you out of my own pocket for the express shipping fees. Where the fault lies is up in the air, some say you and you are arguing about the express shipping you paid for and subsequent miscommunication, but we need not bash a company for one "incident" when there are so many variables to consider, especially when you've had such a good track record with getting our deliveries, even now it is where it was addressed to go. I don't wanna hear anything about it wasn't my fault, or shit like that... you left me out of the equation brother. I'm here to be your direct line. I think that when Hipo sees PM's or emails from me he notices them among the sea of others. You didn't let me do my job, so I let you down brother... not Hipo, not hipocampus.me. *** Hipo, this is my resolution. I know what you're thinking, but I got this. We, far above any other pharma company provide great service and get our deliveries where they are intended to be. I think we're all big enough to handle this like gentlemen.
I'm staying out of this particular conflict but I absolutely agree people NEED to speak up when a source goes bad. I heard nothing but good things about a particular former source I purchased from and then all of the sudden everyone came out of the woodwork to talk about purity issues, sanitary issues etc like 2 weeks later. If a source is going bad speak up. Alpha spoke up right away with a source, then admitted he made a mistake, both things I can respect. We can't sit by with our thumbs up our asses when we know something's wrong.I have a question, how is buen supposed to keep this via PM or email if hippo takes over a week to respond? Not to instigate things but I understand 100% why buen is upset and I believe not only is he unhappy with the service provided but is doing what he can do help the forum which is commendable considering the large amount of bs one takes speaking out against an source. This is why so many people don't speak up and when a source goes bad you have tons of people upset who finally speak out which could have been avoided. This is also good for the source in question (in this case it's hippo) because now it allows him to either make things better and fix his mistakes before it's too late.
How could hippo charge for shipping options which aren't even available to him due to him shipping intl? And then refuse to reship after shipping using an inconsistent shipping method than which was paid for? I think is the biggest issue here.

The 44 has always come in clutch for me. Great prices, great products (I buy all of my Pharma PCT from him), very responsive, and very discrete shipping!
I think the terms is just being used as far as "bad source" in a general term of people should be able to speak up if they have an issue, obviously hipo is a solid source on here by the many posts of satisfied customers, then there was an isolated issue between the company and buen.
You have made an attempt to correct that situation for him, solid bro very solid. I think what were seeing now is just residual kudos to hipo and yourself from members who have had good transactions and also people stating we as the consumer should be able to speak about a situation if it is not or wasn't originally taken care of. Maybe not of this actual instance or company. Just my .02
