Day 24

Leg day

Squats 275x8x3 325x6x1 315x5x1

Close stance leg press 5 plates 8x4
Hamstring curls 140x10x4(up 10lbs)

Leg extensions 110x12x3 toes in and out
Sissy squats 12x3

Seated calf raises 160x12x4
Leg press calf raises 3 plates 12x4

Left absolutely nothing at the gym this morning. I haven't squated that heavy in a long time without knee wraps and everything felt pretty good. This mk677 has really helped my knee feel much better. Had a shitty day yesterday so I figured I would just use that to fuel the fire at the gym.

Jm forgot to mention the 4th thing about having a good leg workout... and that's having to shower in the handicap stall so you can sit on the bench haha. Definitely need the rest this weekend. Just have to make sure I keep up eating and keep the water intake up. Kinda slacked last weekend so I'll have to make up for it.

I totally forgot to comment on these... I had a brief urge to do these today but just laughed myself away from the bench. I always wonder if I'll snap a bone on that thing but I bet you felt a hell of burn after 12x3. Maybe next week.

Funny story a chick at my gym showed me them. Kinda like ok yeah whatever.... they have now replaced lunges. It's a far better work out than lunges imo. My legs and ass are on fire today

Day 25

No workout

Really focused on eating close to what I do during the week. Didn't do too bad. Really sore from my leg workout so I'm kinda glad it's a rest day. Have been noticing I do kinda have to watch the aggression sometimes. It's awesome for lifting but it belongs in the gym. Don't get me wrong I don't ever get that way towards the wife or kid but fuck are there some dumb asses lol. Think I'm gonna take jm's advice and stay my ass outta Wal-Mart

Day 26

No workout.

Ate a dinner for a king tonight. Prime rib baked potato and some green beans. It was my mother in laws bday so of course there was cheese cake after lol. Spent the day taking the family to a local Christmas train we have. It's about an hour ride and Santa comes by but my daughter is still scared of him lol.

Nothing new to report really just ready to get back after it tomorrow.

Walmart - the highest concentration of ineptitude on the planet (disregarding curls in the squat cage).

How was your workout this morning? Should've added a little strength/endurance with the extra calories.

Man I would have thought so too but waking up with this kid pretty much drained me up a whole hour early etc... 215 was rough on bench and 225 damn near killer me. Did push 75s on incline press for 8 though which ain't bad.

You get your results back yet on your blood work? Got my requisition and an appointment Saturday

Sorry to hear about the bench but we all have those days, 75's at even a slight angle are very good though! I'd almost prefer them for shoulder presses... for some reason that incline kills me, like I never worked some stabilizers in that area.

Been there with the kids bro and that is no easy task and you doing it!! Keep killing it!
 
Day 26

Chest and triceps

Bench press 215x5x5 225x5x1

Ez bar skull crushers 80x10x4

Incline DB bench 75x8x4
Rope pushdowns 140x10x4

Pec Dec 205x8x3
Cable triceps kick backs 40x10x3

Chest press 185x15x5

50 body weight dips in 3 sets.

So I put all my pills in my case realized I've got 1 extra. So I'll just add it in on Saturday my last day. Went to the gym today and kinda struggled imo. Lack of sleep I think caught up to me today. Tomorrow is back day so I'll be ripping 5 or 6 plates on that tbar. I'm super impressed with this product. I Went back and read through the log and took some notes for my final review. Blood work is set for Saturday and I'm ready to see those numbers.

Things I've noticed so far in a nutshell.... increased aggression, increased libido, increased energy and drive. And that's just a few highlights.

Woke up this morning late. Didn't eat before the gym which is something I rarely miss. So not a great start to the day.

Got to the gym and just felt good about. So started ripping the 110s. Had one hell of a workout. Stepped on the scale and finnaly hit another goal on the weight category which honestly makes me happier than anything. Obviously you can attribute the gain to diet but I'm a form believer post CT helped me reach that goal...
