Day 20

Chest and triceps

BB bench 185x10 225x10 275x3 315x1( failed)

Chest press 225x10x4
V bar press down 70x10x4

Cable flies high to low 60x12x3
Close grip bench 155x8x3

Body weight dips 50 reps in 4 sets

Didn't sleep the best again but that's because the kid didn't sleep. Got to the gym a touch later than normal but still had about an hour.

First off I'll tell everyone nothing motivates me more than failure. I've been trying that 315 for a few weeks now and just haven't been able to push it. After that just had that total feeling of aggression and was able to increase the chest press by 2 reps per set as well as more on flies and push downs. I'll get it eventually. Also since I got to the gym later I had to skip my first meal. The good news is I'm still continuing to put on quality weight and was about almost a pound over last week. So I should hit that goal this week or next for sure.

I'll be switching it up and skipping the gym tomorrow and go on Wednesday which is a normal rest day. Got a job interview and don't feel like dragging my suit to the gym if it even still fits lol

Really appreciate the opportunity to run this product. The last couple weeks have been awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing some more progress.

Day 21

No workout today back at it tomorrow.

Man today was rough from the start so I got a full nights sleep and wake up with a monster tension headache which I get from time to time. Funny how I sleep all night for the first time in about 4 days yet feel like shit. Then I go to work and of course it's all fucked.

So then I go to my interview which went well until one of them asked a question. But instead of taking about 3 to 5 seconds to ask it in a few words it turned into a 30 plus second ordeal needless to say I forgot the question and had to look like an idiot for asking her again. Just bothers me personally. But enough about other bullshit. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow ready to get after it again.

Pretty good workout energy level was back up. Sleep quality was pretty shitty though. Got to sleep about 2 hours later than normal with my common place 150 am wake up call from the bedroom over.

One a side note... I'm honestly a calm and easy tempered person. Got cut off today guy looks at me and of course gives me the finger like it's my fault. Pretty sure had he not been about 70 I woulda ripped his door open in traffic lol. We all need a little anger to let loose in life every once in a while right?

I was wondering if anyone else was feeling aggression, glad you posted that. I’ve been hearing about it for a couple weeks now. She dragged me to Walmart today which normally pisses me off and it went worse than usual. Some lady was trying to cut me off with her carriage so I started running with my carriage through the store. Smoked that bitch! Also had a guy standing in the middle of the aisle, wouldn’t move so naturally I called him a fucking asshole and gave him the “accidental” elbow brush.

I’ll post my workout results tomorrow... movie time!

Yeah it's there for sure. Like I said I'm usually a calm person but damn some people piss me off lol. Yeah man it was a good one today though been working out solo for a while always nice to have someone to lift with and help push

Front raises 20x8x3

Machine shoulder press 90x15x3

Abs: legs lifts 3 sets of 12
Weighted machine crunch 175x8x4
Side crunches 20x4

Had a good work out weight still maintained getting closer to that goal. Didn't get a full night sleep really but it hasn't hit me until now really. Work was pretty draining mentally today.

Well didn't get the new job. Honestly I should have known one of the girls came from that department and I assumed they would take her back no problem. Just how our company works. Pretty much puts me in a shitty mood. Plan on finding a way to turn that to some quality aggression at the gym tomorrow and kill my legs.

Had an awesome workout today. Trained legs lived extra heavy on squats. Some dude staring at staring at me for being too loud... I told him that's what hard work looks like and just went on about my lifting. I just must have been in the zone because I normally just ignore people. The only thing I left at the gym today was sweat nothing else. And the only thing I walked out with was pain.... really pleased with the workout this morning

Good to hear you had an awesome workout but people giving you shit for making noise?????? I didn't reply in the gym etiquette thread but wtf... I'm getting so fucking tired of people not minding their own business! We've all got out own music source and if you're actually focusing on YOUR workout, you have no idea what anyone else is doing. Fuck those fucking fuckers!
