hello everyone new to this board, was on the old board adrenalinerush last year.
looking for advise from you all for first cycle, what to use , how long and PCT details.
my stats:
30 year old male. I have been training for 10 years now. 175 lbs, probably around 14% bf, height 5-8, waist 31.
previous experience: ran a 12 week cycle of sarms from pure essence. made some good gains. but i think i am willing to now jump on the steroid bandwagon. my goals would be really to get recomp, so ideally id like to gain lean mass while cutting fat and stay at the same weight.
some lifting stats:
bench 225 lbs 8 reps
deadlift 405 lbs 3 reps
squat 365 lbs 5 reps
