I'm really hoping the next 2 weeks the addition of RAD/LGD/MK-2866 start to shine.
 
so are you looking better still any changes in body fat as far as look? stomach getting flatter and tighter?
Not really, I measured my waist today for the first time in 10 weeks...no change...
Strength bottomed out...no changes in 2 weeks..

I'm changing up my routine starting Sunday for the next 8 weeks, I'll see if that gets things rollin again

I have to back off, I'm into golf season it's basically my full time job....I need to stay very limber, the hard heavy lifting is becoming too much...going to 4 days a week and 2 days cardio...

can def tell you have gotten harder and more lean in the forearms and bicep great job man. i feel like you were getting a little discouraged since the needle didn't move that much but it absolutely shows that you are making progress
 
I finally found this pic, this was before my sarms start on 3/1/16....this was right at 6 Months of hard work and diet..down 65 pounds in this photo....I will post another pic in July when I'm done to show all 3 progression photos

I tightened up the carb intake a bit as well, that and the combo of adding 54 holes of golf a week made a difference.
 
As for routine, change is good. I was stuck for 2 weeks . No gains,no loss. My thought was overtraining. So, I added 2 days of rest and Bingo. Felt better & change was back. Overtraining leads to getting nowhere.

For sure.....I'm taking Mon/Wed..off and Saturday is light cardio day, in just 5 days I can tell a difference...I did add 54 holes of golf a week along with cutting 1.5 acres of grass with a push mower that is on a 35% incline...that alone takes 2 solid hours
 
yes i agree i was stalled out then transformer sent me a workout he had been doing i am in day 12 of a 30 day program and man it has made a damn difference. i am killing it and am only on 677 and gw but the fall back is i am sore as fuck

definitely had to be the golf... =) bro, your doing an excellent job... when you change things and shock your body, it really allows for nice changes... i ALWAYS have to play with my diet... right when you think you have it figured out, you don't or obviously you want variety after a while... i mean for fucks sake, i got nearly a year eating the same thing everyday but even I get tired of shit... so you have to find alternatives that work and sometimes you even find things that work better etc... for example, i recently added beef tenderloin to my diet a few times a week and it has worked even better than other things ive added but i remember adding eggplant and it made me retain water etc.. you just have to try things and see how they work for you

Thank Dylan...I'm keeping on top of things as best I can, I'm ALWAYS aware of my routines and diet and take NOTHING for granted.
One thing I wanted to point out, with the start of golf season, and getting 15 rounds under my belt I thought to press it today during a practice round.
The explosiveness when I pressed it was unreal, I had 3 drives today 40-50 yards further then my best drives last season.
Things are coming around on the cycle for sure...
