Hello Community,

35 year old, male, 5'9, 230lbs, been lifting for 20+ years. Approx. 18% BF.

I have successfully ran my first cycle, and am really happy with the results.

My first cycle is below:

1-12 Rad140, 20 mg daily
9-12 DGA Post CT

13-16
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW-501516, 20 mg daily

Here is what I am thinking after doing a lot of my own research. Goals for second cycle are gaining lean size, and continue the strength gains I felt from the first cycle.

Second cycle?

1-12 GW-501516, 20 mg daily
1-12 LGD-4033, 10 mg daily
1-12 MK-2866, 25 mg daily
9-12 DGA Post CT

13-16
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW-501516, 20 mg daily

Should I add anything to fight the higher suppression from LGD?

ur pct is complete, you shouldn't add anything to fight supression . however , have you considered swapping lgd with s4 and go for a cut? 230 lbs at 5'9 and 18% bf is quite large..

Certainly open to suggestions.

My goal in the LGD, was to keep the dosage low enough to get the lean mass gains, but not keep it low enough and combine with good cutting sarms.

Do you think adding lean mass/strength is a good possibility with 1-12 GW, S4, and MK?

One last bit of information that may help...My BF% is very difficult to gauge, as I have a lot of extra skin from weighing 360lbs about 5 years ago. Surgeons have told me I have about 12 lbs of skin that could be removed. At about this weight, losing any additional is very difficult. And as the math suggests, 12 lbs of skin removed would do a lot to the BF% number.

=) i understand you more than you think ... i have a lot of loose skin also from dropping 130 lbs (from 310 to 180) http://prntscr.com/kb093e. you can add lean mass and drop bf at the same time with this cycle for sure as long as your diet & training is on point. S4 gives you the most strength out of all sarms & ostarine is great for recomp

i was on s4+gw cycle when i took that pic around week 10 i think
 
you definitely need to focus more on cutting at your current body fat... i would go with the triple stack as opposed to what you have laid out...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 mk2866 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

you definitely need to focus more on cutting at your current body fat... i would go with the triple stack as opposed to what you have laid out...

Got it. Yea, I think I will stick with just the 50 mg of S4, and work my ass off. Keep diet tight. See what this stuff can do at that dose. Not interested in pressing it to the point right before vision issues.
