Just posting again after week three. Doing a nice cycle of 300 sus,150 deca, and 600eq.14-16 weeks. Added GW and SR. My M,W,F routine is outside on a turfed football field with a 1/4 mile track going around it. I get on the field and do 4x40yard sprints and 4 x100 yard sprints.Get on the track and do 4x220 yard sprints. After many years of this routine it took the sarms three weeks to bring me to now doing 6 sets of each. This is 1.5 times more than I did 5 years ago. Astronomical!!! I only time my 40 yarders. In college I did 40 in 4.7 seconds, and now at 39 I do it in 5.1. My speeds and times have not changed but my ability to do more certainly has.
My Tues,Thurs workout is pull ups,chin ups,dips,pushups with a weighted vest at 5x10 with 35lbs. Then many set of 50 situps. 5x5 heavy on deads and squats. In this case the sarms is giving me the ability to add sets. Not weight, and not reps, but a set or two. Again astronomical. Needless to say I will have to buy stock in sarmsx...lol.
