I'm ready to start another cycle and could use some guidance and direction.
I'm back to being vegan again. (Not for the animals lol) but for health reasons. I've lost 18 lbs so far, however, I'm also losing a bit of muscle as well.
What stack would you recommend to tone up, shred excess fat and retain muscles?
Current Stats:
Age - 44
Height - 5'10
Weight - 206
Body Fat - 22%
