    What supplements are you on?

    $5,000 on supplements! Wow. You could buy a whole lot of food for that much money and food would be much more beneficial and effective. Other than the SARMS, I take a whey, multi-vitamin, joint supplement, and creatine, that is it. Every now and then a pre-workout.

    You are lucky...LOL Yes, I seasoned it like it said to and I use olive oil cooking spray on it. It doesnt stick but the first time, I had to really scrub it hard to get those hash browns off...LOL i wasn't impressed but yes, it is a good pan.

    I cannot do salmon...LOL For a meal, you can never go wrong with chicken and rice. For my post workout meal, I love eggs with some potatoes.

    Just remember this Joe S. While muscle soreness is an indicator that you worked your muscles hard, its not a proper indicator of muscle growth.

    LOL.... Thats not good. Yeah, I like the red copper pan but its overhyped on tv like most of those AS Seen On TV products are. Like I said, first time I used it...sticking food...LOL It doesnt work any better than my T-Fal pan does. It's pretty though...LOL
