I have mild scoliosis, so squats don't agree with me. I use the leg cuff and do weighted cable kickbacks. I also to weighted bench step ups. Glute raise with a bar is a good one. You can try single leg squats with just the bar.

I can't imagine looking in the mirror and thinking I look good if I looked like this. It's just too much. A woman is supposed to have a small midsection....kinda looks like a zombie that just gorged.
