So how does that heal correctly?? Does the tear attach and afix to other muscle tissue? just not in the exact place it tore...maybe tape that up and leave it immoble for two weeks Bro

just checked the youtube videos out on these guys... it appears that these fellows have transformation videos from 13 to 18 lol.. one looked like he was 90 lbs when he started to work out.. seemed like he was EATNG, and training hard... doing all the basics like everyone on this site preach...

I have a home gym so lately... last couple months just been going down and benching and doing cable flys, other days doing a little back, pull downs... like 6 sets nothing big.. just don't have much concentration.... 30 min cardio on my treadmill each day... leg press like once a week... kind...

eat them on a full stomach should help... 6 pills a day is not really that much imo... also space them out if your that concerned.... I'm not experienced in tbol... so someone else has to chime in on that.... nac and tudca are real good for the liver for sure
