Hi dylan I’m using winstrol 50mg a day am I ok taking the whole 50 at once?

I would definitely divide the dose up during the day to keep bloods stable. Are they 10mg per cap?

Of course I’m using test,along with eq and masteron I just don’t want to popping pills all day in work , it’s just more convenient to come home and take all 50 at once with my evening meal

You can dose orals an hour before you hit the gym or split up the dosages throughout the day. It's been done both ways with success.

Yes you are fine taking all your dose at once. That's basically exactly how I do it

i always take mine all at once.. i have never noticed any significant difference when splitting the dose or taking it all at once..
