I'm currently using a pre-workout called out lift. I don't have the bottle with me currently so I'm not sure of the exact ingredients but I believe the two main ones are caffeine and citrulline. As with everything the dose is the per dependent on the person, so I do fine with the caffeine, which is 350 mg per scoop, but I know some people that 350mg would have them hiding in the closet peeking out for cops... the most noticeable thing from it is a full body flush or tingling sensation for me. As far as the effects go I honestly don't notice anything really substantial when I take it, but I do notice a difference when I don't take it, if that makes sense, lol.
