I don't compromise anything. If I want a cheeseburger, I make it work. Although I don't get fast food I'll make the cheeseburger myself. I count my macros so I know exactly what I'm eating. You don't have to sacrifice quality while on a diet or bulk. I have so many recipes for sweet treats that taste like the real thing with no where near the calories.
Use the right ingredients and anything is possible. Food is the one thing I don't take shortcuts on. I enjoy it way to much and to live this lifestyle includes eating healthy foods that taste amazing!
