- MusclePharm L-Carnitine Blend (1 cap 2x a day)
- l-arginine(2mg's 3x a day)
- dandelion extract ( 1x at night)
- Magnesium & Calcium
- Cardarine 20mgs on low cardio days and 30 on high cardio days split into 2 or 3 doses
- SR-9009 - Same as above but spit into 10 or 15 mgs
- ECA stack ( Bronkaid - 200mg's caffeine - aspirin 81mg) 3x - 4x a day
