That includes everything from vitamins,joint support & protein,creatine,bcaa's,etc.It all adds up.
Back a few years ago I'd spend about a car note a month on supps for my son and I, but now I'm a big time advocate of foods for myself and for my son we get trace minerals, multi-vitamins, mass gainer and Flax seed. Keepin it simple for the little big dude. His damn metabolism is so high though. I literally shove an extra 5k calories his way every week and he gains slowly. I think he shits it all away honestly. He poops 20 minutes after every meal, or shake.
