Welcome/Introduction Thread

I just joined today after watching lots of Dylan's YT videos which are awesome. M 40yo 5'10" 160lbs 13%BF

I've been dieting/exercising for almost a couple of decades now but it's always been for health reasons. Since turning 40 and having a midlife crisis (not really but it does change your outlook in life) I decided to see if I can pack on some muscle and see how cut I can really get, even at this old age! My test levels being half of where they were 20 years ago, I knew I needed a boost and decided to go the SARMs route. Not expecting much, I just completed my 1st ever 8-week Ostarine cutting cycle and I'm now a believer! With a 400 calorie deficit I was able to lose fat and gain lean muscle and my cutting routine somehow became body recomp. With clean diet, consistency and perseverance, I think I can actually get this done!

Got on the website because I was looking for info and stumbled upon Dyllan's youtube videos. I'm excited about being able to talk to a lot of peers in the same boat as myself.

Training: I try to workout a minimum of 4 days a week, been working out for 6 years.
PED history: I've taken test, deca, winstrol, anavar, nolva, and clomid.

New here but not a nuebie,Nearing 50 and been training on and off for a long time besides injuries and job restrictions... There was so much I can administer with a script...Now retired just trying to enjoy the rest of life. Glad to learn
 
Yo - love the vids on yt by Dylan, like many of the posts here. Light use in the past been nearly 15 years - love fitness, feeling good etc fitness has been a routine for roughly 20 years off and on depending on life - currently prescribed a light trt would like to enhance it a bit - look forward to learning, thanks in advance.

Been training for about 4 years. Diet is extremely clean and haven’t been able to put on weight. I eat about 1000 calories above maintenance. Workout 6 days a week. I’m attempting my first SARMS cycle of rad-140.

Hello! Been browsing for a while and finally joined. 35 years old, been rehabbing hard since back surgery and have came a long ways. 6'0 215lbs and started power lifting in highschool and have always trained on and off ever since. Fairly new to gear and sarms. Had great luck with M1t and hgh back before the prohormone ban. Just starting a PCT after a cardarine and yk-11 cycle that went great. Come to find out my source might not have been the best so looking forward to the next the cycle and getting real serious later this year so I'm studying up now. I appreciate all the help and brotherhood. Pretty cool having youtube and forums like this around to educate and minimize negative side effects.

I’ve been working out off and on all my life since middle school. Did many cycles in my late teens and mid twenty’s. I know way to young to start. Long story short started a family career kids etc..... and have been back at working out for the last 2 years. I’ve done trt now for a year then decided to do some full cycles. So I’m the last year 4 cycles. And currently running test cyp 500mg and primo 400mg. Any questions just ask.peace
 
New to the forum as of today. I'm 36 years old, been on doc prescribed trt for about 3 years. I run a blast about twice per year, usually just a 6-8 week tren ace run along side trt dose. I ran many heavy cycles in my mid twenties, stupid experiments, but I survived and learned a lot along the way.
Stats are: 6' tall, 230 lbs, about 15% bf (bodpod test, but haven't confirmed in over a year) I've never been all that strong in the gym. Best lift is a 600 lb deadlift, but I'm also got very long arms for someone my height.

Hey there. New account but I've been lurking around on this site for a while now. I've been lifting since my teenage years. I've also been on TRT for a minute which has helped me recomp my body back to where it was years ago. Started around 150-190 ng/dl in my early 30's possibly that low for a long time.

Looking to connect with others and expand my knowledge on training/diet and PEDs. Long time fan of Dylan's videos/knowledge and I really appreicate his refreshing less is more mentality.

Whatsup guys new member followed the forum for years, have used many sources from it just never had an account. Some stats 27 years old been training heavy for about 4 years. 5ft7 175lbs around 10-11% bf. At a constant struggle between trying to bulk yet never wanting to let my abs go lol.

Full disclosure the reason I've created an account after so many years is because I'm having a minor issue with a source and was hoping if I PM their rep we may be able to sort it out. Aside from that I wouldnt mind meeting some guys and learning a few things while I'm on here though.

Slightly overweight regarding fat and looking heavily into cutting before getting a PT to Bulk Up correctly.

I recently looked in the mirror, around 2 months ago, to notice a fat, 16'7 kid looking back.. pot belly, the lot.

Decided to cut back on my calories, ate a balanced diet and lost a stone and a half in 2 months.

Now looking to speed up, not just my fat loss but also my muscle gain :D

Hello everyone! New to the forum, new to the lifestyle, but not new to lifting. I'm a complete noob when it comes to SARMS and Anabolics, so I'll probably be asking lots of questions and saying "thanks" a lot!


Im 5'11" 230lbs. I'm currently using Rad140, Clenbuterol, GW (pre workout), Test E (300mg/week). About to start Anavar tomorrow. I have a bunch of questions, so I'll save that for the other threads.
