Alright folks, I'm not very active on the forum so I'm sure very few of you remember my few posts so I will start by catching everyone up. On January 9, 2017 I had an on the job injury that cut my first cycle short at 7 weeks. I was unable to lift at all until march 2017 so I lost it all and then some! Between march and June 10th I was able to regain some of what I had lost with lots of hard work and a 6 week lgd cycle. Then I had to have a second surgery to remove a section of bone infected with staph. Consequently I lost it all again and this time I didn't keep my diet in check and gained some unwanted fat. September 4th, 2017 my stats were 29 years old 6'4" 256lbs 21% bf. Diet has been almost perfect and training has been perfect since September 18th. Currently I am 235lbs 14.8% bf and dropping bf fast. I plan to start my next cycle November 12, 2017. I will be running 500mg sustanon and 800 mg EQ every week for 16 weeks and 40mg ED of tbol for the first 4 weeks. I expect to gain around 20lbs of lean muscle in 16 weeks and hope to keep my body fat below 16% throughout so I can cut back down to 13ish% within 6 weeks post cycle.
