Ultra Super Stack/ Mk-677

Progress pics, this'll be my starting point. At the end of the month I'll be evaluating my progress in my current routine and switching into a leg dominant routine once I feel I've come close enough to my goals. My legs are okay but I really want to bring them up to par with my upper body.

You have an awesome excellent base on you brother! Very respectable level of muscle mass, and you are very lean. Nice work! I know this stack will treat you very well, because you obviously know what you are doing in the gym and the kitchen!
 
Is it bad to start a sarms cycle while on pct? Package came in today. All the bottles are just sitting there taunting me...

Depends on the sarms. Some sarms have some suppression, so you can't use those in PCT.

GW, SR9009, MK-677, and MK-2866 are all fine for PCT

Do not run S4, RAD-140, or LGD in PCT

Ok thanks Rick, I guess I'll just keep the drawer closed for now and stop looking at them...haha

The mk-677 didn't come today hopefully tomorrow, I'll give updates if I get to start dosing on it!

I should also mention I do accessory work after my main lifts as well. High rep low weight work for my rotator cuff with a handle on the low pulley stack. Then mixed ab and core work...I switch it up everyday otherwise I just get bored of them. Ab reps are always slow and controlled, usually 4 to 5 seconds up and down with constant concentrated effort on tensing my abs as hard as I can.

Added more weight to my deadlifts this week. The way my rep scheme works, as soon as my bottom sets hit 20 reps...add weight.

I'm half way into week 3 with my pct right now. Nuts are amost back to normal size and I feel good so it's going great. Number are increasing in the gym can't complain.

I'm contemplating taking PE's GW, MK and sr9009 today and just buying some more to top off my cycle. It's taking everything in my power to not take those things...it's worse than trying not to eat a fresh donut, haha.
 
lol settle down beavis hahaha I was the same fucking way man I was drooling everytime I walked by my closet and I would just open it and stare at it like I was some SARMs rapist or some shit hahaha. I made sure I was off pct for atleast 3 weeks and got bloods done so I know for sure where I was starting, but I don't really know what the protocol was I am so excited to run almost the exact same stack with you but by no means am I near your strong country ass damnit man I like the look you have now and would be happy with that if I get that off this cycle. of course I am prolly older than you and was in way worse shape than ever in my life when I found the MECCA of forums.

I decided to go ahead and start with the gw, mk and sr9009. Might as well start getting use to the taste now! But yah, holy cow...that shit is strong! Tried out .5 ml of triple x, going to see how it works out as a pre-workout this morning. Does anyone know, are you suppose to take triple x everyday to get an effect? Is it like sarms where it has to build up or is it more of an instant thing?
 
I don't know my triple xx is coming this week but I think it is within an hour or so it kicks in not like the sarms

ive told some friends about it and they were the same way just talked one into it that has been on cycles for a while he is in his first week now so hopefully have some awesome results here shortly for him

Just got back from the gym...I took a 30 mg dose, I'm not sure if I really felt it or not. I might have had more of a pump than usual, not too sure I'm going to try a full 1ml dose next workout.

I haven't tried preworkout yet... Lol I may have to soon. I knoly know that's the mark that my flow starts pumping and the blood gets moving.
