rick gave you an ideal cycle bro but i would add one thing to it as well... mk677 would be so ideal for your joints and for just everything all around... its a perfect addition here and you can run this for extended periods of time for up to a year... it fits you perfectly...
 
run it 25 mg per day and you can run it as long as you want... i recommend at least 6 months...
