excellent choice for a cycle EXCEPT you need to run it 12 weeks, not 8... why run 3/4 of a cycle? that makes NO sense whatsoever... here is the entire layout for you... you can get everything at www.sarmsx.com



1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

Yes that is correct. 3000mg or 3g of DAA per day is the normal dose.

Also agreed with Dylan on running the full 12 weeks.

Yes, you absolutely can bro. MK-677 stacks well with pretty much every cycle. Just remember that MK-677 is better the longer you run it, and is best at 6 months to a year. You can continue to run it right past your cycle through pct and beyond.

Here is how your layout would go

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

Once last question, this about the liquid sarm administration. Usually I mix all the sarms in a small glass of water and shot it down. Then I add water spin the class and drink that. Is this ok ?

NO it's not ok!!
take them directly in your mouth and then take a shot of water or juice, you will disperse the sarms and dilute the effectiveness doing it your way

No bro, you don't want to do that at all. You ALWAYS want to take your sarms straight. You can chase them afterwards with a glass of water just fine, but DO NOT mix them in anything

No, do not do this at all.. do not mix them together or in anything other than grapefruit juice... they need to be taken one at a time... you can take them with a chaser as well...
