I am greatest fan of your's . I follow your channel regularly. Thanks for honestly sharing your precious knowledge. I like the way you naturally emphasis and express without any being dramatic. I trust you more than anyone about AAS. Please continue your excellent work. Let me know if I can help in any other ways to contribute.

I am from India. 27 year old. 5.9 feet. 70kgs. 15% BF. I am a terrible hard gainer with 5 Years of lifting experience. I follow holistic lifestyle. Professionally I am Electronics design engineer.
I have query, about my next AAS cycle. I have done past 2 cycles successfully. Below is the brief overview about my past cycle.

Cycle 1 :
Stack:Dbol only (Please don't yell, I was afraid of needles)
Brand: Ethopharma
Duration: 6 weeks total
Week 1 , 2 ,3 ,4, 5, 6, : 20 , 25 , 30 , 35 , 30 , 20mgs respectively.
Gained 8Kgs.
I did not experience any sides.
PCT: 4 weeks of Tribulus terrestris 4gms per day (brand: NOW sports)
Kept upto 90%, I was happy.

4 Months Gap...

Cycle 2 :
Stack:
Testosterone Enanthanate
Blodenone udecyclate
Winstrol

Brands : Ethopharma, Alpha pharma
Duration : 12 Weeks
Dosage per week : Test E , Blodenone , Winstrol(ed) :: 300,200,30ed 450,300,40ed, 600,400,50ed 600,400,50ed 600,400,40ed 600,400,30 300,500 250,500 250,500 250,500 250,500 250,500
On 1st four weeks, I blown up like water balloon. Gained too much of weight. Strength went to the roof
On 12th week , I lost most of the the gained weight and muscle mass but only retained some significant strength.
PCT: Nolva 40mgs, clomid 30mgs , 4 weeks and Universal nutrition animal stak
After PCT I lost all the gained muscle mass, kept strength gains only. I was disappointed
I felt that boldenone did not work on me.
After 4 weeks of PCT I got my Testosterone serum blood check, My natural test levels were out of upper limit, 9.08ng/ml !!! So I did recover well..!

3 months gap...


Now I am planning for Cycle 3
Duration : 12 weeks
Stack:
Deca 175mg/week
Tren E 200mg/week
Test E 300mg/week
Dbol 30mg/day ( for 4 weeks kick start only)
Ancillaries : 12.5mg exemestane EOD , 0.5mg Cabegoline E3D.
Liver support: Liv52 DS , Milk thistle
Heart support: CoQ10 100mg/day Omega3 3g/day Niacin 500mg/day
HCG 1000IU/week on week 9 , 10 , 11 ,12

PCT : Nolva, Clomid, Exemestane , Universal nutrition animal stak


My query is what is your opinion about above stack. Should I alter any doses ?
I formed above stack since I did not respond to cycle 2 well.
I did respond to Dbol on 1st cycle well. So I decided to include tren E also in this cycle.
My aim is to bulk up with lean muscles.
Can I proceed with it ? I am all waiting to hear from you to proceed.
Please give me your valuable comments.
 
personally I don't think then and deca together is necessary. Deca should be run for 16 weeks to maximize results.
 
Switch deca for NPP. Leave the dbol out.

One of the best cycles I ever ran was:
NPP 100 mg, tren hex 100 mg, and test prop 100 mg
All dosed eod.
Anavar 50 mg ed

you are too underweight. you probably dont eat enough and dont train Heavy or hard.

terrible hardgainer is an excuse. everyone has their weakness. you work with what you have been given.

what kind of hardgainer is 15%?? you are underweight AND higher bodyfat, Skinny Fat. Steroids are NOT a good choice for you. and you dont PCT properly

im sorry bro, because you seem like a really nice guy so i will try to keep the tough love to a minimum...

clearly you have no clue how to diet because you are so skinny yet your body fat is very high... its not good at all... then you want to run these heavy cycles which is such a mistake... you have no clue what you are doing... clearly if you blew up like a water balloon on test and eq to start... you clearly were not using an ai and you did not keep gains becuse you ran a shit pct...

you want to bulk up when you are at 15% body fat... i mean bro, you just look at that remark and tell me the problem you see and if you cant figure that out then once again, you make my point of you are clueless on what you are doing... tren and deca together is going to be very problematic alone, not to mention you want to run dbol too... in all honesty, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS USING STEROIDS WHATSOEVER and there's no way on the planet earth i am going to recommend them to you and noone that has half a brain would do so... you do have alternatives but in no way could i ethically recommend steroids... you need to learn how to eat properly before anything else... take a look at sarms... you can gain size and drop body fat which you need to do in a major way... you cannot do any of these without the proper diet... if you are not familiar with sarms, start by reading my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

You are in no condition for steroid use at all bro. You are very undersized, and you have already ran two cycles? Something is very off here. Please list up your diet. Saying you are a hardgainer is just an excuse for not eating enough or training hard enough....period

That's exactly right bro. I think the problem lies with this new entitled generation. They want instant gratification and something for nothing with no real work involved.

With this lifestyle you have to put forth a lot of blood, sweat, and tears if you want to get anywhere

im definitely not hearing a word of that bull shit with not haing time... thats the biggest crock of shit ever... i get up at 6 a.m. to make sure i have more than enough time every day to get things done and no matter what, when you have something you TRULY WANT TO DO, you find a fucking way...

I do eat surplus, eat lots of protein, I do train heavy.. I know how important diet and training is., it is not that I lack knowledge.
but I dont get big, just my strength improves and gain some fat.
You guys dont know how i feel... I have cursed genetics. My wrist size is less as 5.5inches.

Here's your problem. You eat "lots of protein"....maybe that's not the right protocol for you.

What are you eating?

Your very light and BF is wayyyy too high. And 2 cycles under your belt???

You're not a hard gainer

We have a kid on our team who's Vietnamese. Asian people are the smallest people on the planet. Not being racist, just the truth. We did a show in June (a BIG show) and he took the overall.

Cursed genetics?
