I do eat surplus, eat lots of protein, I do train heavy.. I know how important diet and training is., it is not that I lack knowledge.
but I dont get big, just my strength improves and gain some fat.

cursed genetics? Bro dont even get me started....so you have small wrists. So what??

what are your macros? if you eat a "surplus" then you should know your BMR.

and what is "heavy". you need to be training properly for hypertrophy. but gaining strength and fat doesnt sound like hypertrophy training.

bro, im going to teach you a very very valuable lesson here...

going into forums or to people that actually know what they are talking about... don't talk about genetics and being a hard gainer etc because we all know that is really a scapegoat and an excuse for all the holes in your actual diet and training... cursed genetics? bro, trust me, there's so many guys that don't have good "genetics" that turn themselves in absolute monsters... thats up to you, not your genetics... genetics could limit you on certain things but not even close to the extent you are blaming on them... that excuse will NEVER fly with anyone whatsoever... trust me... it only makes you look bad and as though you need excuses... yes, it is true some people have a harder time gaining size than others but then it comes down to HOW you are doing things and what needs to change to accommodate what you are wanting... trust me, these things are all fixable...
 
When people say they train heavy... heavy is a state of mind and what you correlate as heavy may, or may not be bro. I see plenty of people say they train heavy and they are benching 225, curling 45's, etc... you have to push your limits in order to grow. Train and eat, sometimes you require a ton of carbs, sometimes a good balance, but you cannot grind thru a routine like clockwork and expect results. Like I tell my son... "train like a beast and feed the machine" it's what stimulates growth, add 5 pounds every week to numbers you lift... you will see a difference over a period of time. I have what they call small wrists and it didn't stop me from winning bench contest after bench contest, from weighing what I weigh now... my son saw a pic of me in junior high school and was shocked at how skinny I was. Dude what's preventing you from making gains is you. Break the chains bro. Unleash yourself.
 
Attitude and approach is everything. Accept shit and drown in it, you've created a pool of excuses, reasons as to why you can't... when will you make a reason as to why you can and act on it? Kill shit every day, every fucking day of your life something (an excuse) should be left on the floor dying from you beating it down. You gotta decide what you are... cuz right now you're an excuse maker.

exactly... i know this... when you are in the real world, grinding every day, doing real business, you know what excuses get you? mediocrity if YOUR LUCKY... generally people hate your guts the more excuses you make and you burn relationships that way... when you make excuses for yourself, you hinder yourself.. you justify where you are lacking and then you never improve or get anywhere... i dont mean to sound like a complete dick here but im just speaking the truth... noone wants to hear excuses period... its just the way it is because chances are, your excuses are things people have endured and made it through by just overcoming... sometimes you have to take a step back, take a long hard look in the mirror and realize that you are the one that has to step and figure this out... sometimes the truth hurts but after it hurts, it drives you to improve, otherwise, you make excuse after excuse and well, you get where you are at right now, saying you have "bad genetics" etc... come on now...

It all takes time bro. You have to be patient, stick with it, and give it everything you have. Trust me, I've been there exactly where you are....I thought I had bad genetics, was a hard gainer, etc....but it is all excuses. You just have to push through those barriers by doing what it takes. It really doesn't get any simpler than that
 
Trying to lose cock performance are we? You've gotten some good advice so far. Listen to it. You can try Sarmsx SARMS but really nothing will help if you can't eat right. Sounds like your previous cycle gains were all water to me so you need to work on training and diet.
 
you always have to look for flaws in your training and diet... trial and error is your friend... you can test and try new things, see how your body responds etc... you have to be willing to take some chances and make some sacrifices to get to where you aim to be...
