I do eat surplus, eat lots of protein, I do train heavy.. I know how important diet and training is., it is not that I lack knowledge.
but I dont get big, just my strength improves and gain some fat.
You guys dont know how i feel... I have cursed genetics. My wrist size is less as 5.5inches.
cursed genetics? Bro dont even get me started....so you have small wrists. So what??
what are your macros? if you eat a "surplus" then you should know your BMR.
and what is "heavy". you need to be training properly for hypertrophy. but gaining strength and fat doesnt sound like hypertrophy training.
