Transformation Recomposition

Here is what I would do:

1-12 S4 50mg 25mg in the am and 25mg in afternoon
1-12 rad140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.

whats your main goal bro?

I don't know If you have seen this post but I started on a high body fat around 19% and I've lost 11lbs so far and my waist decreased around 3 inches already...
I was looking to lean a bit more before trying any compound...
After cutting I'd like to lean bulk not bulking like adding fat and muscle even though fat gain will happen but as lean as possible/recomposition cycle where maintaining or decrease my body fat percentage! I am around 15% body fat, abs are coming out, I posted a photo couple weeks ago I guess

you are still going to gains lean muscle with rad and s4 and a TON of strength, i mean a ton, especially with s4 involved... with all hard work you have gone through, i dont think running a bulking sarm is your best option right now... the more muscle you build, the leaner you will get but with the abilities that gw has, not only fat loss wise but PERFORMANCE wise, its a no brainer to have in the cycle...
 
I was thinking seriously of starting my lean bulk end of this week since my sarms are coming and I think my weight has decreased substantially.
1st week: 158.07lbs

Last 6 weeks:
149.96lbs
148.74lbs
151.36lbs
148.8lbs
146.94lbs
Last week: 144.53lbs
Today I woke up at 142.0lbs and I think my physique has changed pretty good!

Awesome job bro. Huge difference. I would make sure and do a slow gradual transition into your lean bulk ( Reverse Diet). Your body will be primed for fat gain, so increase slowly. You will probably find you lean out even more when you start adding calories. This is known as the "Whoosh" effect and is due primarily to the reduction in cortisol / water retention. Also, as you increase carbs, your glycogen stores will refill giving you a more full, solid look. I always look my best 3 weeks into a reverse diet coming out of a cut.

I have just checked my first pictures on my PC and I could not believe how different I look... I was astonishing because I could never predicted such a change, I look myself everyday that we just can't see the changes on a daily basis but I am so glad! My waist went from a 33.85 inches to 30.1 inches or even lower I am not sure right now!
Looking to add some lean muscle now with this stack!

I think this transition is absolutely crucial and I must give weekly update for you guys in order to help me out and give some feedback because every detail is crucial for what you have told me and I have read

I completely agree with ironlifter and reverse dieting slowly!! Stay focused and be diligent and monitoring progress!! Slow and steady is the key!!

Sounds good bro. Just remember to add calories via carbs primarily and not much fat. Perhaps add 40g carbs and 5g fat to whatever your current macros are for workout/non workout days. Your results have been amazing my friend.

I remember watching a video of yours talking about training and how you think twice a week training on a muscle group is necessary to optimize gains! How is ur routine? I’ll post mine for my lean bulk GAINS!!

Starting Saturday my bulk! Workout regime for the first 4 weeks until I receive my DNA test:
Saturday: Back, Biceps and traps
Sunday: Chest, Shoulder, Triceps
Monday: rest
Tuesday: Legs and Triceps
Wednesday: Back, biceps, traps
Thursday: chest, shoulder and triceps
Friday: rest

Hitting 3x Triceps but low volume around 6 sets per session with different focus, heavier weights when don’t hit chest and more pump, tension workout with chest

I’d like to hit legs 2x as well but not sure how, because If I added another session I’d workout 6 days a week and some people tend to say is overkill

Later today or tomorrow I could say reps, sets and exercises

mind you i dont do legs because i physically can only do so much due to a serious back injury but i do 100 minutes of cardio 5 days a week so my legs are far bigger than normal... i switch every 6 weeks but currently here is my routine...

Monday: Chest, Triceps, Back
Tuesday: Shoulders and Traps
Wednesday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Chest and Triceps
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Biceps
