Training Issues

this meal plan looks better than the first one without the cheese and cut the potatoe down some

Why you say to cut the potato? Is it too much? Maybe in meal 5 I will not eat potatos since it's later at night and I don't need those complex carbs.
 
ya maybe a 1/4 of a sweet potatoe during the day. here's is the deal what you are doing in tennis your body is used to it. you are going to have to shock it into something else weights cardio. don't count tennis as your cardio. I was cutting 40 yards a week in the florida sun by myself and was still gaining weight because my body was used to that type of physical activity and my diet was shit I would only eat 1 time a day. so you gotta do something to mix it up bro and you will start to see some results. For instance I have been busting it but plateaued just recently not seeing real progress until transformer24 on here posted his workout so I jumped on it and holy shit. I am in week 4 and I am more sore than I was a year ago getting back in the gym. ill post it up for you if you are interested check it out. it def got me outta my slump

You are absolutly right. I've been playing tennis for 6 or 7 years and my body could have used to it, despite playing tennis helps a bit but since I do it for so long it is not the same. So do you advice me to do some other kind of cardio?

do something different for 4 weeks and see where you are at, you will prolly know by week 2. and then you got to just dial it in

That's what I am going to do. I've already watched is presentation about the program and it's ideal. In the beggining of July I need to be the most fit as possible because my girlfriend will come and I want to be in the best shape possible.
What were your results and feedback about this program?
 
Considering my size how good or bad are my lifts:

Flat BP: My PR was 143lbs for 6 reps
Incline Dumbell: 100lbs for 6 to 8 reps
Squat: 165lbs for 6 to 8 reps
Leg Press: 330lbs for 8 reps
Leg Extension: 287lbs for 10 reps
Lat Pull Down: 110lbs for 6 to 8 reps
Bicep and Tricep: 55lbs for 6 reps

im on day 25 tomorrow havent tracked weights as im lifting but i can tell you i am more vascular and have went down an inch in my waist and maybe 3-4 lbs. there is a meal plan in there as well that i am trying to follow as much as possible. i love it man i obvi wont be where i want to be in 30 days lol not everyone is capurso but i will skip back to week 3 or maybe just work it backwards. my wife started it this week as well its kicking her ass but it is what we have needed to mix it up

for not working out for only a year and a half its not bad. i dont spend alot of time keeping track of those lifts by weight i go by how i look and how i feel and how other people think i look with the compliments. you will see how it is when you get goin on this program. you think you are good at cardio wait til week 3 and those fuckin tabata exercises fuuuuuck me
