Training Issues

I will follow your advice guys. I'll start four weeks from now and do a 200calories surplus to minimize fat gain . I've some friends that compete in bodybuilding and if I can I can get gear. I know that I'm still young and have much to grow but what are your thoughts?

I'd say put at least 4 years of lifting under your belt before you go with AAS. Top out your natty potential then enhance your body.

Way too young right now man. You don't want to start steroids at your age. You can do irreversible damage to your endocrine system because it is still developing. Like I said, you are in the best years of your life to grow. Capitalize on that, and don't mess that up by starting steroids too early. You have plenty of time to start those later on in a few years when you have built a good natural foundation first

I took some pictures today, I'll put in the attachment for you guys have a better understanding how I look because sometimes measurements are different comparing when you see with your own eyes.
The last one was 1 year and a half ago I think.
Considering the pictures is my body fat the range I said?

That bit of flab around your waist can be fixed with two simple things caradine and some cardio 35-45 minutes at least 3x a week. To use gear at the point you're at is pointless, not trying to be a dick, but you need to eat more and more frequently do some arms if you just have to feel like you're down with murica'. Revisit the idea of AAS in 3-4 years of getting work accomplished.

Sorry but what is caradine? I already do cardio, 3x a week at least an hour of Tennis. I didn't understand what you wanted to say with " do some arms If you just have to feel like you're down with murica' " . Anyway thanks for your opinion. Maintenance or caloric surplus the way to go I guess
 
You have way too little muscle mass to even consider cutting.

But in the past I always tried to bulk and gain size but I ended up gaining more fat, and that's why I am not sure in my mind, it's an hard choice to make and having your advice helps a lot

Since I am cutting I've been doing IF. So I'll try to do my best:

Post Workout Meal:
1 Scoop and Half of Whey Protein (P: 36g, C: 4,5g , Fats: 2g)
1 Banana (Around 100g)
30g Oatmeal (P: 4g , C: 17.6g , F: 2.1g)
200g Chicken or any kind of Fish: Around 40 to 55g of Protein here
100g Sweet Potatoes (P: 1.6g , C: 20g , F: 0,1g)
Veggies ( Brocolis, Tomato, Green Bean)

Meal 2:
200g Egg Whites: 20g Protein
1 or two Whole Egg
100g Avocado (P: 1,9g , C: 8.1 , F: 13.9g)
Tuna (20g of Protein, 7g Fat)
1 Scoop of Whey Protein

Meal 3:
200g Chicken or Fish
1 or 0.5 Scoop of Whey
30g Nuts: (P: 8.2g , C: 3g , F: 14.2)
Veggies ( Brocolis, Tomato, Green Bean)

In the days I workout and have Tennis I jump my complex carbs on my 3rd meal (after my tennis practises)

150g Chicken or Fish
Veggies
Nuts

1.5 Scoop of Whey
1 Banana

this meal plan looks better than the first one without the cheese and cut the potatoe down some
